WE MUST DO SOMETHING: MAJOR HEALTH CARE CHALLENGES IN THE GAMBIA
Переглядів 8373 роки тому
My number one hope for our country is have a dependable health care system, it's nothing new to Gambians but it only seems to be getting worse as years go by. We must fix this now. The maternal mortality rate and death from preventable causes are way too common even among the youngest in our population. Corruption and complicity by our government officials have brought us to where we are even i...

I tell you the difference is that if you where Born in another African countries you where never forcefully taking our of your homeland and force to crossed the Atlantic ocean to be put into slavery, think of it this way if you have a child that was forced out of your house because someone at your house was wicked and did not want to see the child there later on when circumstances change doesn't that child have the right to return home to his blood family
Do you know of any study of YDNA Haplogroups common to the Gambia? I would love to see a list.
Am a student but I learned so many things in your videos thank you bro 🎉🎉🎉
I am also Mandinka according to DNA ancestry
Mysteriously the urban artisan professions of the Fula resemble exactly the ancient Jewish artisan professions in Egypt, Yemen, Iraq, Persia etc
How do the various Fula subgroups in African regions interact with one another??
They shouldn't be given automatic citizenship Gambia has it's own immigration laws just like the United States they should go through the process
Fulani descendant from US…..❤❤❤
I am wollof from the Senegambia region
Am fulani from Nigeria,Adamawa.❤🇳🇬
We are FULANI AFRICANS in the US. We have a great story to tell! My family's foundation is trying to make a short film, documentary, about our ancestor, who was a civil war hero. He was only 10 years old when he was put on a horse and sent to fight in a war, where he was a lone survivor! And the story continues to get better. My elder cousin, is traveling near and far, to track down our roots that lead to...the Great Kingdom of the FULANI Africans of the Jolof Empire!!! We unveiled a plaque, (photo) on the sidewalk in downtown Charlotte, NC during a rededication to him, this past Saturday July 20th 2024 If your interested in helping us tell the story of the FULANI Titus lineage...Please hit me up here 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 #TrollsGetBlocked
❤❤❤😊
Lot of fallacies about what he is saying also be careful of this guy he is one of those Gambians who are backing and want the separation of Casamance from Senegal. In 10:31 he is alluding that Casamance is not Senegal. According to him the the Fuladu was across Guinne Bissau, Gambia and the southern part of Casamance, not Senegal but the southern part of Casamance.
Very informative Blessings, ONE LOVE,!😂
I’m Fulani from Somaliland
i am a jamaican living with the jolas they remind me of jamaicans

I am MANDINKA and Fulani according to my African 🧬 DNA ANCESTRY ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks you so much bro ❤❤🇬🇲
I'm from Gambia nice history⭐⭐🇬🇲
I am African American who has done my African Ancestry DNA. My maternal line has Droll origins. Thank you for this.
Jolas are not that much different than the Mandinkas and Fulas, except the Jolas are better at enjoying life and they like anyone to rule them, they want to be free at any cost.
then Jolas are just the same as mandinkas and fulas, if you think mandinkas and fulas likes to be ruled by other people then you are wrong. i suppose a lot of the african people and tribes have a high sense of pride and integrity.
You probably want to say they dont allow anyone to rule them. This is why they are at the forfront fighting oppression any time in History
Remember all over Africa we were all animist before these modern religions came. As you Islam came from the middle east and christianity came from Europe.
Oui et alors ?
Please, you are full of it. Jolas know their history than you think. Talk to the real Jolas. They are mainly divided into 4 groups; Fogni, blouf, Karone and cassa. Every group has their own accent and dialects.
Stop criticizing and come with proof instead of propaganda.
It's more than 4 please. You have Bainunkas and more
Hey every investor wants return of his investment, but investing in Gambia is like dumping your money in the garbage or putting it into fire and no way of return. The corruption is out of control. How you going to get your money back? Gambia is not investable; it is not ready for investors at the moment, because there is no way to get their money back.
Trump believe in science, and he is the smartest president America ever had. Nowadays people like to mix up real science with social science and political science.
brother, do you maybe know if you have malaria in gambia. and you go to hospital private one notpublic. how much does it cost to treatment for malaria?

Thank you very much my Fulani Brother. You have enlighten my about my tribe. Now i can let my children get some understanding of who we are. They have asked many times but i couldn't give them the slightest understanding of the Fulani history/origin.
Great video, especially for me who doesn't understand much English, but your conversation is perfect. I did an ancestry test recently and it showed Mande ethnicity, I think maybe they went to the state of Bahia in Brazil....
It's funny how everyone knows who the slaves were... And they know the derogatory names of the slaves... But won't mention their names... Or tribes...
I AM THEIR FATHER,COUSIN AND FRIEND.HAHAHA!!!!!!!
I absolutely think the country should invest in making sure the river in passable for Gambia River cruises. To go from one village to another were each destination has a signature attraction, a particular food/ drink, hand made cloth or signature craft, a traditional song or dance. It would be a beautiful attraction to cruise the River Gambia over three days stopping at three different villages experiencing the village songs, dances, crafts, and foods. I was thinking of investing in such a River cruise business I just don't know if there are villages along the river that would be willing and able to host the travelers, or if the river is deep enough for a passenger yacht to pass without getting stuck.
