The championship race has been spoiled. The 1 and the 3 put Nascar and the 20 team in precarious positions. The only way out of this for Nascar to make the championship legitimate would be to eliminate the fourth position and let the 12, 22, and 45 battle it out. No driver should be in position for a championship if manipulation got them there.

The truth is the truth. Chevrolet blatantly cheated which caused things to play out the way they did. I have been a life long Chevrolet fan, but this was race manipulation on their part, which forced Toyota to try and counteract it. The fact than an OEM has that type of leverage is absolutely rediculace, and Chevrolet needs to be punished in some way.

If anyone deserves an apology, it is the fans that bought a ticket to that debacle of a race. Imagine if you went to an NBA game, and the teams just walked up and down the playing court and refused to shoot the ball. You would be absolutely pissed, and you would want your money back.

Racing at all levels has been the pinnacle of integrity and honesty but this year it has really gone to S. This is what happens when you have all of your piers in society and government corrupt and no one with dignity to look up to anymore.
