    Sally Norton suggests that most vulvodynia is caused by consuming excess oxalates. Oxalates are harder than tooth enamel. She recommends reduce foods high in oxalates, such as spinach and almond flour. She also recommends consuming calcium rich foods, such as sesame seeds and parmesan cheese.

      Seeing your pelvic floor PT will allow them to assess your pelvic floor and determine if kegels are appropriate for you. Doing kegels when you already have a tight PF can cause more issues instead of being helpful. Which is why kegels aren't for everyone.

      Yes it can be fixed! Seeing a pelvic floor PT can help assist in rehab for DR. Many people can get it (you don't have to be pregnant or have been pregnant to have DR).

      Thanks I've lost 50 lbs now walking and exercising laying on floor and squeezing alot better but still there it's closed up to maybe an Inch still can't find correct exercise can't raise both legs both knees raises up

    I have Cervical ribs,this pain i'm suffered from long time. But, now I'm newly pregnant. Then Dr. Suggested to me that my all medicine now off cz this medicines are side effects of my baby...       Rib pain can happen for a number of reasons. It is important to check in with a pelvic floor PT or anyone on your care team, if you are experiencing continued pain while pregnant.
