If you’re thinking about motorcycling to Alaska, this is a must see. For five months I researched, planned, and prepared for motorcycling the 4,650 miles from Phoenix, AZ to Anchorage, AK. On May 20, 2014 I loaded up my Victory Vision and headed for the Alaska (ALCAN) Highway. On the one hand, touring 4,650 miles in the lower 48 is no big deal. On the other, motorcycling through the Canadian Rockies and Alaska is a completely and entirely different ball game. What I did. What I learned. What I suggest.
