This is real clean for live, true talent. Midnight Special went both ways, lip sync but mostly live. I think the lip sync came in in the later years.

Steve Perry was an awesome singer, one of my favorites. But this is definitely not live. It's exactly the same as the studio version. Even when he's jumping back up on the stage at 1:50. I'm sure the decision not to be live wasn't his, as we all know how great he was live. I think most, if not all acts on The Midnight Special, were not live.
