Does the LCI still function with the Romeo sitting near it?
Is that in SLC?
@@ledgecat9474 hello. This is on the approach end of runway 26L at Ontario, CA (KONT)
Nice catch 😊
Thanks 🔥
That’s a 737-900, not a MAX
I was testing you. You passed.

Oh your back! 😊
Back and ready to upload an epic butt ton of new content!!
Can you do a video reloading it without the clip?
@@aimking8402 sure man, but it won’t be very exciting.
@@SoCalPlaneSpotter yeah I understand, but see if can you work it out in a short
@@aimking8402 I’ll get it done.
Where did you get those inert rounds from?
Hello! I bought them from a guy in Australia about 20 years ago. I’ve long since lost touch with him.
The weirdest part is that these clips work really well on other rifles except for the mosin
I’ve tried them on several different rifles (videos on my channel) and they don’t really work on anything I have.
Sácale para el descenso
We are doing an operational check of the stabilizer trim on the ground
Awesome tutorial
Thanks I’m glad it was helpful!
It looks like a glob because it’s a cheap dot. I mean I like it , but it’s a beginner dot imho
It’s the camera making it look this way. In person it’s lot more crisp.
Agreed. I have the Romeo 1 and it’s still just an average performing dot for what they got me to pay for it 😂. But I get the video does it no justice.
It’s my first red dot ever and I probably paid way too much but I’m a SIG snob until I die!
Thanks. Next stop the mag trigger lockout video 😂. 😎✌🏻
I want to do it but I am afraid UA-cam will get mad at me for showing gun mods. What do you think?
@@SoCalPlaneSpotter ya UA-cam doesn’t like a lot of random new things. It’s not worth it.
Maybe rumble or X
I am trying to monetize this channel.
Nice video very useful
I’m glad it helped!
What was your torque setting for this?
German torque: Guten Tight. Just snug it up.
They actually work pretty well for my K11.
I wish they would work for anything I got.
Great video thanks!!
I’m glad it helped!
@@SoCalPlaneSpotter I subscribed
I appreciate it.
@YaBoyFlaky5663
Oh yeah?
Thanks for the video. Super helpful!
Glad it helped you!
You know you can take the trigger lock out right?
I am aware. I haven’t gotten around to it.
Thank god you are still alive after flying a boing
🙄
What you used to remove that front carbon?
I haven’t even tried to clean it yet. I will probably try using some Hoppes on it.
It's Patina! Why clean it? Just kidding, I don't know, I haven't tried yet!
Hey brother kind of new here! I installed a flat trigger on my P320 M17. It has a delay on the pull for some reason. Do you know what is causing this issue? The original curved trigger works fine.
Unfortunately I haven’t changed out the trigger and I am not a gunsmith so I don’t want to mislead you, but it sounds like there is excessive play between the trigger and sear.
Totally understand! Thanks
Good to know
I’m glad you found it interesting.
Now i just need the M1 ❤
It's a must! Go get you one.
Where can I buy that tool
Believe it or not I ordered this on Amazon!
This! Search: M-1 Garand Bolt Disassembly Tool
Do you have the serial # of this optic? Thank you for the video!
You’re asking for the SERIAL NUMBER? Sorry that’s classified! You working for the ATF??? 🤣
@@SoCalPlaneSpotter haha no sir! Just looking for the same model for my M18- and thank you I have found it!
I just don't care about your guns. I build the parts. Not interested. Wow you cycling rounds bro. And...

@@SoCalPlaneSpotter my opinions are mine and I can share them just like you share your videos. You post. I comment. That's how the internet works
Man always wanted to ride in one of these health, which kept me from getting the opportunity to do so.
It was a great ride! Nice tour of the Island Empire.
The new versions of the M-9 and 92’s come optic ready. You pull the trigger on the M-9 and it goes boom. Can’t say the same for striker fire pistols. I have had many issues with my APX and Glocks then the M-9. If you are worried about weight get a better holster.
I was doing a comparison of the pistol we have now and the one we had before. The military elected to not go with an updated M-9 for whatever reason.
What is the size of Hex key ??? 3,32 ??
The screws that hold the plate and the rear sight on are 3/32” Allen key.
@@jochenheiden THX
What he said! 3/32” Allen for the screws on the pistol. The screws that hold the sight onto the slide are included with the Romeo X in the box. One is for adjusting and zeroing and the other is for the two screws that hold it on.
Shouldn't we put some locktite on The screws? Also, shouldn't we use proper torque pounds/inches when mounting an optic?
Go ahead! I'm sure it won't hurt. I used my calibrated elbow and no Loktite and the sight is staying on just fine. Do your thing.
I’m assuming you did that bolt pouch into the clip on accident. I assume you know the Mosin isn’t designed to have the clip pushed off by the bolt, it has to be manually removed.
This is my only Mosin and all my mother bolt guns push the clip when you close the bolt. Just a bad habit!
Clips you have to get a feel for those clips also look thicker
They’re probably Chinese knockoffs.
What you have here is not an official standard issue stripper clip that goes with a mosin, you can tell by the thickness and the fact it’s a sort of mild steel colour.
Got any proper ones to send me?
Those are for a mosin but all those aftermarket clips are cheap chinese shit that doesnt work
That must be what these are. They're garbage.
@SoCalPlaneSpotter mine have a triangle with a circle around it as a proof. I have a bunch like that. The SKS ones are different, never had a bad clip.
@@FullTwos sks are flats with a tiny bead at each end
@@janetweed yea, I have Hella.
Mosins just suck honestly
Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrongity fuckin wrong. My mosin is a hundred years old and works like a dream.
Bro really said the gun that won the great patriotic war and the Red October revolutionary war sucked 🤣
@@Wildchild1035probably because it did. Its a shitty rifle, but it works and its prolific. So many better surplus rifles out there with better actions, stock and metal quality, triggers and loading systems.
@@darrengarcia4937 name them so I can go test them
Very helpful thanks
You're welcome! I'm glad it helped.
He died almost crash . He knew exactly what he was doing.
His main landing gear touched down short of the runway. That’s not good. Was watching other planes land all day and they all went for the TDZ.
Does it fit on the No 4 Mk 2 version?
Most definitely! It fits on any of the No4 variants.
The M9 A4 comes optics-ready. The M9 has a proven track record. The M18 is much lighter and smaller to carry every day. Combat I want the M9A4. Everyday carry, the M-18 for sure. I'm not lugging 3lbs+ around every day just in case. No way. I'm sure no one else is either.
I carried the M-9 in the Army for a year in Iraq and I didn’t find the weight to be an issue. I carried in a Safariland tactical holster on my hip.
Is that not an italian made 92fs ? M9 is the us made military version ?
The 92FS I have now and the M-9 I carried in the Army are functionally identical.
Do you know the size of the allen key for loosen the screws of the original plate? Can’t find anything about that
3/16” for the screws holding the plate on.
Do happen to know what kinda of plate I would need for my M18 to fit a RMR type sight on it?
Unfortunately I don't! I specifically bought this Sig Romeo X sight for my M-18 because I knew it would be compatible. I'm a life-long iron sight shooter so this is my first RDS.
"promo sm" 😝
What does that mean?
Not the right comparison.
One replaced the other. What’s a better one?
The narrator did not mention the extractor that fell out until the reassembly was taking place. Also, no mention of using locktight on the screws. The narration was clear and crisp. The video work was great.
I didn’t mention it because it wasn’t relevant until the reassembly. I didn’t mention using any Loktite because it wasn’t specified in the instructions for installing the sight and it’s not necessary. Being a countersunk screw there is enough friction to keep the screw tight. I’ve got a few hundred rounds through the pistol now and nothings cone loose on me. Thank you for the compliment!
They work in Swiss Schmidt Rubin rifles better than a Mosin Nagant.😂
They do work, you just have to fuck with it a bit more
I think it fucks with me more than I do it.
They work in my mosin
You may have better clips than I do.
@@SoCalPlaneSpotter idk, they were cheap ones from Amazon. But my Mosin is very nice
