Don’t miss this at all. Forget hot side, I’ll stay on the roof doing commercial hvac thank you.
Nicely done Pat!
Someone will sue you.
@@aduibar4595 lol 😆 for what
Love these training videos so much. You are a blessing to us newer techs. Thank you so much
Make it realistic. On your knees. Swimming in muck. Diagram on door missing/ torn illegible. Everything covered in caked on burnt oil and dusted with spicy breading mix.
Lol it's hard to film on site
@CommercialKitchenChronicles just kidding man.. great content. The candling reference was new info for this old dog.
Great video
Really loved this video man , helped me understand it even better . Would love to see more videos like this frymaster and garland products as well
I’ll take Milli Volt fryers all day. Thanks for the video Pat.
I always use a pair of diagonal cutters to remove the orifice. Lightly squeeze where it meets the threads and the pop right out.
Great video! Just sent a link to my new guy
The 5 Tips I learned in the FB kitchen groups 1) Change the thermostat 2) Change the limit 3) Change the thermocouple 4) Ask people in the FB group what else it could be 5) Shit on the brand and not your lack of technical skills
@@RichInKitchens load the cannon!!!!
@@CommercialKitchenChronicles it’s a battle out there….gotta keep it loaded 😂😂
Great video
please make more videos. Do you do kettles and skillets? Pizza ovens? Rational ovens? Please keep posting. Great video!
Great video, brother.. going to use this video for training. Thank you..🤟💯🌎
You're welcome!
good job
Appreciate it
So much Knipex, ohhh yea!
Tape then dope is the way to leak free installs.
Bro the regulator… why?
@@brianripley4094 😆
@@brianripley4094 it's on a training unit. I use it to show low gas pressure on training lol
@@CommercialKitchenChronicles haha, got it. I can’t tell you how many pitco “warranty” calls I run that turn out to be exactly that. Thanks for what you do to make our industry visible, happy new year!
I've got to agree with you guys, As a cook , you guys were super hero To me when you got my equipment working good again.❤ I have always appreciated the work you guys do.And i've been thinking for a few years now of getting into the business of food service tech. But i'm 36 years And don't know if my age would be a hindrance to me or not. What do you guys think could I start in that industry at my age??
@@michaelglasscock4463 never too old to get into it!
That looks like a fun way to spend the day. Are you using a pump sprayer to defrost the ice?
Someone leave the door open?
@@SethDowling part of it but it's got some issues
I’m pretty new to commercial appliance service after doing resi for ten years, a lot of it is basically the same just bigger, but some of these commercial dishwashers look like a friggin space shuttle inside the control compartment.
Guess they’re doing dishes the old fashioned way for a few days!
Don’t you hate when that stuff happens supposed to be a easy job turns into a goose chase
just ordered mine but mine didn't come with the adapter kit, i noticed the tee fitting and which connects to the scale is specific, can you vertify if a regular tee fits that scale please
Jesus is Lord!!!!
Praise the Lord Jesus
First time tuning in and I enjoyed the show! Listened while working.
The scale case is like 2 miles long but overall it’s pretty sweet 😂
It is at least flat and i can slide it under or behind something lol
Oh yeah satisfaction right there
Clean probes now?
@@tomagainagain nah
You gotta be kidding me. They don't have a poker?
They come with the short ones that won't get to the drain
Yes
Had one where the rail refrigerant lines were never connected and condenser still had nitrogen in it. They figure why rail wasn't working.
Thanks Pat! Enjoyed talking with you!
Testo
They have adjustable core depressors in them
Testos!
I measured that you’re welcome
Это как медяху быстро воровать способ?
Literally you have videos of you pro pressing drain lines 😂.
@@restaurantrepairs lol. But this was not needed.
@ absolutely spot on, just couldn’t help myself. Thanks as always for sharing Pat!!
@@restaurantrepairs architect drew it on the plans. It's not required by code and would actually void the warranty by choking it down to 1 5"
@restaurantrepairs thanks buddy
So fast
Why did it have to go?
@daveg8918 can't choke down my drain from 2 to 1.5. Also unit has to be able to be moved for service. It's not required to have a quench system on it as well
Gotta love that m12 🎉
