The faster to loose fat before doing planking or this workout start it with cardio workout you will shed faster. Jumping, running, jogging then do this.

Is this workout to lose weight??? bc i don't wanna lose it, i wanna gain it 😭 but i also wanna have the perfect body of them
Due to muscle gain, I didn't lose any weight and just gained a little bit so I would say yes, I think this would help with gaining weight. Just make sure to have enough protein in your diet to help the muscles 😉but this could be different for everyone so don't take my response 100%
