I want to teach everyone how easy it can be to start, maintain, and grow healthy, organic fruits and vegetables in your own organic, no dig garden. No Dig is the easiest and best way to grow your own food. After a few years the gardens are virtually weed-free and every year, the soil health gets better and more fertile and thus yields more and more food! What have you got to loose? Come along on my adventures in my own back yard and learn all you need to know to grow your own. Remember, people that garden, on average, live 14 years longer than those that don't SO get your hands dirty. See you soon! Bobby

I love it!!!!
Hey Bobby!! Forgive me for being absent...life can be crazy sometimes!! I hope all is well in your world!! I hope the new school year is starting well. Thank you for all these wonderful videos. You always give me a new perspective on the possibilities of food!! Have a great Wednesday!! Talk soon my friend!! 🙂
Hi Ray. Nice to hear from you. Is everything ok? All is good here but in the midst of a heat wave. 108 yesterday and going to be up there for a week or so. The figs love it. Hope all is well. Talk soon.
I love you vids!! They make me happy every day. Pls give me a shoutout in your next video!!!!!
what was your og and fg? could you do the same thing with applesauce?
Hey. What’s OG and FG? Starting gravity and ending gravity?
I canned mine but they have a bitter aftertaste. Any suggestions?
Hmmm. Never had bitter. Are your saying like vinegar?
Thanks dude!
Amazing gardening hack. I've been a long time subscriber and I just love your videos. Thanks for making my day just a little happier every video.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate the support and happy to spread any happiness I can. Thanks again!! Bobby b
did you need worker?
Using 40% shade cloth up here. Tomato plants are huge, no curled leaves or sunburnt fruit!
Sounds great!
Good Saturday Afternoon Bobby!! Another great episode of knowledge. I love the shade cloth idea. I hope that you and the family are enjoying the summer. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!! 🙂
Thanks Ray!!!! You too my friend.
we tried our first batch of pepperoni, and after water bathing they were very soggy. inedible.
It keeps going 😂😂 nice
Why does the audio sound like you're talking from outer space?
I was!!! Just kidding. I’m not sure. I think the wireless mike was doing something funky.
You need a canning funnel. Great video. Question can you prep and freeze the first peppers if the plants only have a few? Then can pickle them later
I know!!! Every time I do that I think I forgot again!!!
Those figs looks great! What do you do with all the cuttings? FYI:The audio has an echo. Except the end.
Ya. The audio was jacked by the wireless mic somehow. I’m gonna send you some
After working in a nursery for 15 years, I know that those are to be thrown out.. that’s why they are stacked. Old, not selling, past the planting season plants. They only last in the liners for a few weeks.. if not replanted, you get those. Learn a little about the trade first before you make claims.
Hey Bobby, hope you are doing well!! Thank you for the insight...try to deal with small business as much as possible. Have a great weekend my friend!!
Those look like the clearance section. My mom will go to the clearance section, buy 10 plants for like $12, and revive them. She might lose four at most.
Great video! Is it necessary for the peppers to be packed down? I only have one peperoncini plant😅
If so I'll grab some smaller jars
Seems like a cool dude 😎
Hey Bobby!! So much knowledge!! Thank you for sharing this information...I do not have fig trees unfortunately, however I have a better idea and appreciation for what it takes to get them into that wonderful cookie. :) Have a great Sunday!!
Hi Ray. Figs would grow well in your area but if it freezes regularly would likely die back to the ground annually. Hope All is well!!
@@NoDigGardenChannel-bj2kt Yeah, we get quite a bit of winter weather. Doing well. Staying busy. :)
@@raywitten2435 hi Ray. I wanted to say hello. I’ve been very busy with work and our son (and wife 😄) and installing a massive drip irrigation system for our family nursery. I didn’t plan to have one but things just happen. How are you? I finally caught up on some GW videos this am with Michael and loving the camp and Knoebels ones. Hope you’re well. Talk soon. Bobby.
@@NoDigGardenChannel-bj2kt Hey Bobby!! I am so glad that your summer is going well!! I admire both you and Greg and how you have been able to make a living and still able to put your sons and wives #1 in your lives. You live in such a great area (except for taxes 😞) to go explore and enjoy God's natural beauty. The irrigation system sound interesting...I assume we will see it front and center in some future content. I am doing well, just returned last week from a few days in Western Colorado visiting my mother and brother. If I could only retire...I would be there too. :) I hope you have a great weekend and looking forward to new content. Thank you for reaching out. Enjoy this Saturday!! 🙂
Hey Bobby!! What a fantastic idea!! I hope that the vacation went well!! Have a great week!!
Awesome, we just harvested our garlic amd we looking for a cool way to store them!
That is awesome!
Do you know what varieties you grew?
They also make baskets you can hang up too
nice
Thanks
Hey Bobby!! Hot peppers are a must!! The birds are having a great morning!! Lol. I hope that you have a wonderful Father's Day!!
Hello from MCGI 🥰❤
Hello Where is MCGI??
nice. everyone is on a journey ....me included. understanding that is key.
Hey Bobby!! I hope that you had a fantastic long weekend. So thankful we live in a country where people are willing to serve and give it all if necessary. This is an impressive video. What a beautiful garden and the colors are spectacular. I am sure it is nice to walk into the back yard to pick up the sides for dinner... :) I hope that you have a great week!!
Howdy Ray. Just seeing this. Thanks for the nice note. Hope all is well. Is it getting hot and humid out your way yet?
@@NoDigGardenChannel-bj2kt Good Morning Bobby!! Yes, unfortunately, the humidity is here.🙁 I hate that about this part of the country...I could live with 45-75 year round. I hope summer vacation with boy is getting off to a good start...sounds like you guys are going to have some great travels!! If you make it through Nashville, never hesitate to reach out...I would love to treat you and the family to a great meal. Hope it is a great day!!
@@raywitten2435 cheers Ray. Would love to make it to Tennessee in the next few years. Same goes to you if you ever make it to Southern California. We’re about 15 miles east of Disneyland and spent the day there with Michael yesterday. Today is his second day of summer. Lots planned. Blessed to be able to do this as an old man. Hahaha. Any kids Ray?
@NoDigGardenChannel-bj2kt That is great with Disneyland with Michael!! I have a 29 year- old son and 19 year-old daughter. My relationship with my son reminds me of Greg and Clark
@@raywitten2435 fantastic!!! You’re blessed then twice.
Using a shade cloth is a fascinating technique!
It works so well if you live in hot areas. The only downside is setting up and tearing down but after that it’s a garden oasis! Thanks for commenting feedback is always awesome and appreciated. Have a great day.
Carrot almost took me out... Lol
Hehehe. Gross huh? Left it in the ground too long and the slugs took it. Hey, they left me half!!! It’s compost. Yuck. 🤢
Wow! Very cool!
Hi
Hi Warren.
Thats a lot of tomatoes, what are you going to do with all of them? I have 27 going,we are planning on canning sauce. Thanks for the trellis idea. Too late for me this year to try those. I went with t-bar posts and string🙂
Eat, process, save seed, barter for some Henry weinhardts! Hahaha.
where did you get that 16 pot holder thing? this was a cool video with great tips that ill try this year. Thanks for the upload!
Hi. Thanks for the feedback. I asked my nursery if they had any and they handed me 4 of them. They get them from the master nurseries with their smaller potted plants on them and it makes it so much easier.
Wow what great way to grow your tomatoes Im about to grow some tomatoes myself so I know how to do it now thanks 🇳🇿❤️
Awesome. I thought about you yesterday when I was using up 80 lbs of worm castings I buy at the farm supply. I am up potting 200 or so rooted fig cuttings right now and use about 2/3 promix bx and equally amounts of worm castings and composted chicken manure. I decided yesterday I am going to start a wormery. I only turn my compost pile 1x going from one bin to the next and when I do, there are millions of worms in the bottom 1/3. Should I remove some of them in a few weeks when I turn the pile to start a new colony or is there a better way to start the worm nursery process? Was thinking of building a small 3x5’ or 4x6 one. Thanks for watching and commenting. I’m looking forward to your thoughts. Thanks Bobby
What a fantastic tool!! Especially for removing roots...Thank you!! Hope it is a great week!!
Thanks Ray. Just catching up while watching our sons T ball game. Good stuff! Hope all is well and you’re starting to warm up in your neck of the woods.
@NoDigGardenChannel-bj2kt Good afternoon Bobby!! What fun, I loved coaching and watching my son in t-ball and baseball. It skipped warm and went to Hot!! Typical of the south. Lol. Doing well, hope your weekend is great and spoil the Mom!!
I need one of those❤
Go get one!
I've got one use it all the time had it for years 😅
WD40 & sandpaper for the metal & some linseed oil on that handle. Rust free and will last another 2 generations. Old tools are the where its at!
Right on!!
It is great to have for gardening, but the ones they have now with the long handle is sooooo mucb easier to use than all that bending and digging. Was great in my youner years, not so much now in my older years
I’ll have to look for a long handled on. The nice thing about getting down and up is you can keep doing it for longer!!!
@NoDigGardenChannel-bj2kt Loving gardening as I always have no matter what you're doing, you're getting a great workout along with it... BUT now that my husband is up in 70's and myself in 60's with disabllataing health issues, we can't do the bending and up & down squats no more so we look for things that make it easier on us and allow us to continue gardening as we enjoy... Good luck to you and thank you for you video.
I use it like this, too!!
Why didn’t you tell me sooner!! What zone are you in??? Thanks for watching and commenting.
Ya I'm more of a posthole digger kinda guy myself no bending over and more force and leverage plus the hole can be larger for easier root expansion for younger plants... But I like the video
Right on. I’ll have to try that for the larger one gallon pots! Thanks for reaching out and appreciate you. What zone e are you in? Cheers Bobby
