Thanks for the analysis! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (mistake turkey blossom warfare blade until bachelor fall squeeze today flee guitar). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Nice idea. How?
Great video. I enjoyed it. I've met very few leaders who do this. Love it though when I run into them. They stand out like nuclear explosions in a dark world. Thank you.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed watching. It's true - those leaders are the real-life superheroes we often don't realize we need. :D
Definitely.
:)
Nice! Good ideas.
I'm glad you found them helpful!
Hello my dear friend I'm Wilson from Brazil Rio de janeiro ❤❤❤
Hello 👋
Good reminder. 😊
I'm glad you found it helpful. We really only want good people in our corner. 😊
Awesome I'm all in! 😮😊
Let's go! 😎
I really like this video. Before I entered the accounting industry I had no idea what it was like on "the other side." A great glimpse into the reality behind the scenes. Working together is such a novel idea isn't it? 😆
Yes, absolutely wild! 😜 Wish more people would be crazy like that. 😉
I love this video! Such a hard issue to deal with sometimes and you made it seem less difficult and gave some helpful points on dealing with it. Awesome!
I'm so happy to hear that. It's such a tough subject, but as business owners, we need to try not to take it personally (even though it totally FEELS personal). 😅
Hard lesson, but good. 😊
I'm glad you found it helpful!
Hard lesson. What's also hard is being kind to those who aren't supportive or who are openly dismissive when you decide to move past them. 😊
Great point!
It's true. I struggle with this. Planning is great but holding onto them too strongly can really take the fun out of life. I think Eisenhower once said something along the lines that warfare consisted of endless planning before the battle and then endless adapting and changes when the battle actually started. I could really change in this area of being too rigid I think. 😊
Who knew business was so close to war! 😏 I think we could all learn a bit from Eisenhower here.
I love this. Reminds me of Jay's coffee in Sioux Falls. What a great business! So fun to support people that love what they do.
It's seriously so fun! And its especially great when you get to know the people behind the small business. Makes supporting them even better.
Awesome. Sounds great.
Nice. I like this poem. Did you write this? It's catchy.
Yes...I wrote it with my good friend, ChatGPT. 🤣😅
@@emeraldcornerOh okay. 😂 I just thought you made it up. 😂
@johnc9776 well, yes and no. lol 😂
How do you link them together? Do you have an example?
Sure! Wish you could read more? Put a book where you like to drink your morning coffee or enjoy your breakfast. Wish you could exercise more? Put some weights in the room where you watch your favorite shows at night. Make it as easy on yourself as possible, and assume you will most definitely forget all of your best laid plans by morning. 😬🤣
@emeraldcorner That makes sense. Those are 😊 good ideas. Thank you.
Bbc only typa person
Yes, this video is aimed at a certain personality. :)
Love this video. It's amazing to get clients who will actually let you help them isn't it.
It certainly is! :) Thank you for watching. I'm glad you liked it. :)
Thank you for this
My pleasure!
Your videos are very good and your editing skills are excellent, but your videos are not reaching many people. The main reason for this is that your videos are not SEO optimized. I am a UA-cam video SEO expert and would like to optimize your videos. "And I would like to help move forward with monetizing your UA-cam channel." Are you interested in this?
Thanks, but no thanks.
You're doing a great job 🫶🏻 Love from INDIA sister.
Thank you so much!
Good reminder. One of my favorite videos you've done just because it's always a good reminder for me personally. Love this.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I think it's something that a majority of people believe in, but it's not actually a helpful productivity tip. :)
Agreed. @@emeraldcorner
Forgive 'em and forget 'em
Sometimes that is absolutely necessary! :)
Ain’t this gal getting locked up with SBF? 😂
🤣 I honestly laughed so hard at this comment. No, I'm not Caroline Ellison, but I can totally see the comparison. Thanks for the laugh!
@@emeraldcorner I didn't think you'd see this! I was only joking!! <3 Just don't get caught aiding and abetting anybody doing several billion dollars' worth of fraud!
@@HaydenDoingThings I'll do my best! 🤣
Nice
Thank you!
Money is evil. Your taxes are used to create weapons of mass destruction and subsidize abortions. All money is blood money before and after you came into contact with it 😂😮
Money itself is not evil. How people use it certainly can be. Money is just a piece of paper or some coins. Objects cannot in themselves be evil. 🙃
@@emeraldcorner but the money is used so that you don't have to see the evil. You pay a butcher to kill and clean an animal for you. You pay a worker to use his limbs to build a road or buildings. You pay taxes to the government to kill others in your self defense. You get to avoid doing all these evil acts as an individual, but do you think God is fooled by simply exchanging some pieces of paper? I think we are the ones fooled into being part of a infinite sin cycle of ignorance
@@mattmorgan6591 Killing animals for food is not evil. Having roads or buildings is not evil. The government is charged with protecting our country. So, if they are doing their job (And I'm not saying they are or aren't), then that is not evil either. I'm not fooled into thinking evil doesn't exist or happen, but I do not agree with you that these things in themselves are evil. You are welcome to your opinion. But I am welcome to disagree with you. That's what's great about the US. 😉
Love this. Victim mentality is an epidemic in our country. Great to see people that have succeeded and want to help others succeed.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. And I agree. I often hope that people can step away from the victim mentality, and fully live. But it's a tough thing to do. Thanks for tuning in!
Right, thats why they build brand new houses, summer homes, yachts, and baseball teams. Don’t be easily fooled. A limited amount goes back after the first 3 years then its penny pinching.
What corporation do you work for? 😊
Very cool! Good advice. 😊
Thank you! I'm glad you found it helpful. :)
Really informative. I am switching to Business Studies after my engineering. My goal is to be independent accounting consultant. Is it a realistic plan? I know if one will, one can but I am asking in regards to rewards and returns
I definitely think it is a realistic plan. I would recommend gaining some experience in the accounting world first, but I don't see why it wouldn't be feasible. You'll learn all of the things you want and don't want in your business this way. Best of luck!
Nashville was fun. Great pasta, burgers, music too.
Lots of great stuff, but the heat. 🥵 🤭
I will have my bussiness some day ❤❤
I hope you do and that you're very successful! 😊
22M of 333.3M That's about 7% Sounds about right.
I don't think most people think it's that high. 😊 I certainly didn't.
@@emeraldcorner idk. Honestly, I feel like you heard this, and were surprised. However, it was not something you gave much consideration to prior to hearing this stat. I could be wrong, but I don't beleive the typical person thinks about these things. And that's not derogatory in any way. That's life. Most ppl have better things to do than focus on the nameless rich.
@bigdbrown9137 Well, you may be right. But the full video where this clip is from is more about how an average person can become a millionaire. So, I suppose it depends on what your goals are in life. 🙂 Thanks for dropping by!
Not many
I mean, I suppose it's a matter of perspective, but since this video shares mine, I thought that 22 million was quite a few. 😊
What a pathetic oversimplification. You can like a product but hate how it's currently produced. Greedy corporations arent necessary to producing things.
Perhaps the full video could shed a little bit more light on what I was saying. 😉
Why 1992?
That is when the LLC became a usable entity type. 😊
What the hell are you talking about? All the companies being from before 92 means they have such a stranglehold on the market that newcomers can't even compete. Besides the fact that this stranglehold has allowed companies to ask what they want for their product rather than what they need to be profitable since there is no longer any competition..
I think you may have misunderstood what I said here. All products created before 1992 were created by Corporations because that was the only entity type. But we have more dupes now than ever before. So, you can almost definitely get most products for less, if that's what you are looking for or need.
Damn....I thought this was going to be some new Democratic DEI bases buzzword. But it sounds like a real statement about Key Process Indicators.
Haha! Can't blame you for expecting that, but we cover real business topics here. :) Thanks for watching!
I try to be everybody's friend and love them all the same.I have my problems but I look out for people's much as I can
I love that, John! I think that's really all we can do. None of us is perfect, but if we all give where/when we can, the world will be a much better place. :)
This is so helpful! Thanks for condensing it into easy language for the rest of us. 😅
You're so welcome! I'm glad you found it helpful!
The small amount of good isn’t anywhere near the amount of bad these corporations are doing. Mega corporations are inherently evil
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. You should check out my full video on corporations. Basically, what I shared was how the majority of corporations in the us are actually very small. I do intend to share another video soon about the craziness of a lot of the big corporations lately though. So, stay tuned for that one! :)
Those are just shortcuts that company makes apparent to their employees. You can set yours but there is not a single damn thing you can do about employees playing the system. So just focus on productivity. Not micromanagement.
This video was not about micromanagement of employees, or even employee KPIs at all. It was about the financial KPIs that a business can utilize to understand their financial health and utilize to grow their business. But to your point, as a business owner, there is always something you can do. If your employees are working the system in a way that does not benefit the company, you are under no obligation to continue their employment with your company.
Taxation is theft.
Whether that is the case or not, it is a fact of life. That's why we work with people to help them keep their tax liability as low as is feasible for them. :) Hope you enjoy your week!
Try convincing a client to pay estimated payments SMH
🤣It is so true. Most people have difficulty paying out their taxes throughout the year when they are not W2 employees (and even some of them do). 😅It is no easy feat.
Why don't more business owners do this? Ignorance, fear?
I do think many do it out of ignorance, but most do it because they don't have someone calculate the amounts to pay in, or they think just putting the 25-30% in savings is enough. 😅
Good video. It doesn't seem many businesses think about these things or about creating a good culture for their employees and clients. I would like to hear more specifics on how you do that in your business. Thanks.
I love that idea. Maybe I'll put together a series on building a great business culture. :) Thanks again for watching!
Yeah you're right I love corporations.
Not all corporations are bad...but not all corporations are good either. I think it's okay to see both sides. :) Thanks for dropping by! Enjoy your week!
Good balanced video. So much better than the tired nonsense that the mainstream media spouts all the time. Pretty interesting that 42 percent are run by women. Thank you.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. A lot of things in this world have good versions and bad versions. Corporations are just another example of that. :)
I liked this video. Really tired of hearing the anti-capitalism preaching drivel from Hollywood and media. Thanks for your perspective.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Love it or hate it, I think Capitalism has done well by this country. :)
Way to go Kimberly :) Keep up the great work with all of your videos.
Thank you so much!
