I truly hear you & can’t believe how important this video is. As a former mental health nurse these were all the things I tried to get through to others to try understand 😢but try were sold a medical model that did r understand trauma or any of the things you share. Thank you for your insights & honesty 🫶🏼
This is exactly what Kazimierz Dabrowski’s theory of positive disintegration is all about. He was saying that these feelings were not mental illness long ago, and the theory / framework has been there as a tool this whole time. But it’s not being used…. 😢❤
