Watching cavil being a humorous smart ass of a villain is funny

It was good, like watching a chess match, until they all got together on New Caprica. Then it became obvious that whatever "plan" the Cylons might have had had gone out the window and now were making it up as they went along. If the plan was to eradicate humanity then nuking the settlement on New Caprica was the answer. I blame the writers.

He should be happy. In the original, the Cylons did even worse. _BSG_ kept running into other humans on its way to Earth. Of course the Cylon story, and backstory, was different in the TOS. I also didn't get to see this whole series. Wouldn't pay a cable company and wouldn't pay Hulu when it said to pay up if I wanted the rest. Come to think of it, were there any aliens in this version of BSG? The universe is just inhablited by humans and Cylons, who were created by humans? In the late 70's, you had to have aliens. _Star Wars_ effect. Aliens and some form of disco.

BALONEY! They were faking it as they went along. There was no 'plan' except to do a few lines and write some crazy copy. It was a wild ride. But they didn't decide to start making sense until they began to tie up loose ends during the last portion of the last season. Sorry

I always assumed that her "programming" was modified by Cavil during a download, much as he changed the memories of the final five. I felt that would explain her complete 180, her extreme attachment to Cavil and her rebellion against the other eights. I don't see any other way to explain it other than through Cavil's memory manipulation.

Agree, this was a bad scene to omit. However, Boomer's evolution from cylon war hero/peace advocate, to her "that part of my life is over" scene with Athena, Hera and Caprica, and then to Cavil's "pet Eight" who voted to lobotomize the Cylon Raiders never felt that believable to me- it seemed like the character went backwards. That feeling is only stronger after seeing "The Plan" (despite her kiss with Cavil) - Season 3's Vengeful Boomer just doesn't feel quite right.

Was that Anders saying that or one of the Final 5? Hmmmm.

THAT should have been in the film. There was no resolution really on how much sway Boomer and Caprica had after "Downloaded" Moore just kind of pulled a Fat Lee like so many loose other loose ends. But ; ) Glad to see it here.

Great series of interviews. I understand the truce on Caprica, but still am lost as to why the Cyclons then conquer New Caprica. It maybe occupation over genocide, but it's still not leaving the humans alone, much less leaving them in peace.

They should had deleted all the other scenes of "The plan" too.
