This targeting system is janky af. I figured out that "fix" a while back, but it's still broken (just better than it was before fixing that setting). One thing I'm running into right now is actually with that exact same fight you show in this video. I'm trying to take out the right-most opponent first, and it simply WILL NOT target lock him. I'll press the right stick multiple times trying to target lock him and nothing happens, until I happen to be looking a little more back toward the other opponents and then it will accept my target-lock command... but only by automatically choosing one of the other opponents to lock on instead.

Honestly I have a few past connections to the series. I mostly knew the original Gex from old gaming magazines. I later got to play it through GOG. I had Gex 64 growing up while a friend introduced me to Gex 3 on PS1. I was very excited about Gex Trilogy announcement. Same with Rocket Knight Adventures: Re-Sparked and Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics. Gex really needed this more than so many characters. Limited Run Games has some weird ideas which games to bring back like Plumbers Don't Wear Ties. Some people are waiting to jump on it because Gex isn't getting remastered like Crash and Spyro trilogies.

I'm have problems at the beginning after using the wand to open the "ice door". The game brings up a small box that I guess is supposed to tell You how to attack your enemies and I did turn off that camera relative thing but when I push A to continue nothing happens. The game won't go past that. I restarted my Nintendo switch OLED and try it again and the same thing happened. I have deleted the game and Am reinstalling it hoping that will fix it. Has anyone else had this happen?

This is one of those rare games where I prefer 30 fps on my series x than 120 fps on my rog zephyrus m16. More cimematic

That scene in the game with Titan Shang definetly had the same vibe music wise to the OG movie when Liu Kang is delivering the "Every man is responsible of their own destint. Shang Tsung killed my brother". I agree with you and I definetly got goosebumps when i first listened to that game scene

understand the difference between a mmo and a single player rpg, dragons dogma will never be multiplayer, i wish people would just understand this and stop asking for it its never going to happen because the premise of the game is the pawns system. it would be dragons dogma online if it was a mmo.

I just got a SD and it literally fills the entire room. So even if I don't smell the vents directly, the entire room smells like chemical. I guess that's not normal? Never had it with the Rog Ally. And yes, it baffles me that people do this. LOL

They didnt just give the batmobile. Fans wanted batmobile just as a tool , an alternative. Rocksteady instead made 70% of the missions focused on Batmovile only which kinda sucked. I enjoyed batmobile. But it felt too repetitive. But the cant complain , the controls are clean af.

This game is honestly another Remedy classic and really does psychological horror very well.

It's pretty dope that this was the OG survival horror game, but it's possible the gameplay needed to be uodated.

I watch ACG almost on a weekly basis for his podcast and haved watched his reviews for years. I trust him alot more than Yongyea, personally. I think ACG just made a screwup and didn't mention it in his review. Even he admits it. Its not a big deal to me personally, since i know hes an honest guy and i'm not letting one review discredit everything i've seen of him. Though i admit I'm personally not even a fan of Dragons Dogma. I tried the Dark arisen version of original game and it wasn't for me. So i have no personally stakes on this controversy. I do know Capcom is awful with dlc in general for even the Monster Hunter and Resident Evil games. But i agree its no excuse to expect gamers to expect DD2 would have microtransactions. I can only relate it to another game, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. That game is currently my game of the year but it has awful dlc practices. Sega even hide 'New Game plus' behind a $15 paywall. But the base game itself is fantastic, so it didn't bother me. I just choose to not buy any of the dlc and enjoy the game as it was. I feel alot of casual gamers will do that with Dragons Dogma 2.
