It's actually fan design, the artist has done some other awesome pieces, I know duckbricks has a video of an XXXL poster/banner by the artist up on his channel. The poster isn't worth too much, because it appeared in every copy of the ninjago gardens. Also bonuse trivia: this isn't the only fan design in the ninjago city gardens, the little robot is also inspired by a fan design

potential hot take: the dwarf is the best minifig in the series and didn't need too much of an upgrade. The beard is nice, but the fur collar is such a cool looking peice and I am a fan of the cmf's hair peice being used for a dwarf. Cool video tho, can't wait to see what you have planned for some of the other dnd cmfs

Why aren't their legs fully attached?

Nahhh this is rubbish. "Upgrading" is a loose term when all you did was fck up the figures by swapping pieces. Just buy the official cowboy figures and dont call the rovot versions boring. If anything all you did was swap the heads and gove them the same weapon they first came with. Its trash lad

I have an idea. Maybe you could add a lighthouse next to the river. I reckon it would look neat next to the train shed, and lego has done a few cool lighthouses. Most recent was the incredible motorised one, but hidden side also had a good lighthouse a few years back and a creator 3/1 campervan had a lighthouse C model somewhat recently.
