My daughter was 3 almost 4 when she would ask to sew, but when she turned 6 to 7 she like something else, she's 10 now and is interested in sewing again 😂😂

My daughter is very picky of her underwear just like me, she has her favorite that she likes that's comfortable and does cut into her legs and this is a good idea to making some for her, thanks 👍

Thanks for this video. I've been thinking about making my own underwear right after I finish this little project that I'm doing. I'm making one of those Japanese cross back aprons today. I bought some underwear that are just terrible. What's popular here is they just fold over the top with no elastic which are fine when you first put them on but after wearing them a few hours they begin to stretch out and get loose and I'm afraid they are going to fall off when I'm at the store for example. So making my own is a better choice for me.

Lovely video as always. I love using fold over elastic for leg seams and wider lace elastic for waistband. I usually do a gusset with a burittoiton method, so it's closed on both sides. Need to try leaving it open at back Thanks for great tutorial

I love all of these tips! I think sewing with a store-bought pattern and the recommended piece of fabric is fun but not necessarily creative. To create something it must be an idea from your brain and it has to be unique. I love playing with what I have and to be limited makes it even more interesting.

One jacket I added some lady bug buttons and the other was a zebra fabric that I added pillow edging for the mane on the hood. Thank you for sharing all your outstanding ideas to create special unique and fun garments for kids and the 'grands'.
