This might be some of the best tornado footage I've ever seen The multiple vortices at the start (with such high definition) was incredible! I was shocked to learn that it was rated only an EF 2 😅

I was in Omaha (Bennington area) the day this happened. Frightening may I say..... it was classified as a F-3 but later upgraded to a F-4

That is one of the most evil tornados I've seen on video. Next to the one that hurled the car with it's lights on or the camera crew under the overpass. Stay safe.

New information, this tornado is now officially rated an EF4.

Once I heard the reports I was expecting the worse, I thought it went directly through downtown Omaha. And they said ir was strong because it had tendrils coming out the sides As much of a tornado stan I am… this is my first time seeing this tornado. And i am glad it didn’t hit where I thought it did initially. This thing looks devastating.

Someone I know was on the NW side of Omaha that had no clue it was going by them. Nuts.

That has got to be the most terrifying sky that I have ever seen.

Those are some black clouds that’s for sure! I’ve never seen any quite that black before! Scary!

This tornado looks a lot like how I imagined the 1925 Tri-state tornado would have looked like throughout much of its life, especially at around 3:02 where the tornado is close to its peak width. The only major difference between the two is that the TST would have been a bit larger and probably had a slightly lower cloud base.

3:59 I don’t know if anyone else noticed this or not, but I think those might be cars flying inside of it.

i like how everyone nowadays has modern high tech cameras that can capture everything clearly. when i was a kid i watched videos like these and most of them were grainy, low resolution.

What a scary cloud situation. I watch a lot of tornado videos , this is one of the scariest ones I've seen. Definitely would hate to be driving and run into this...
