Budget Amazon Tib Trainer: geni.us/im7Wq
In this video, I review the Tib Machine from The Tib Bar Guy. It's a heavy-duty tibialis anterior trainer for home gyms and commercial use. A lot of tib bar trainers are bilateral pieces of equipment known as "tib bars". The tib bar machine is a stationary version of a tib bar that allows you to perform the same tib exercises but from a stationary machine.

2 years ago i had a car crash at work. But my employer didn’t let me register the accident and didn’t helped in anyway. Now I received my health card and visited doctors, i have herniated disc . I can not even stand for an hour 😢
2:24 that height chart is diabolical
😂 Glad someone finally noticed it
I’m a power lifter I focus on doing mainly big heavy compound moves and I can tell you it does wreak havoc on my knees and elbows. So basically what I do to keep strong and being able to continue with progress is a listen to my body. Pay attention to those aches. When I find my self being experiencing more uncomfortable pain and my strength is going down and I find my self getting weaker and or can no longer progress any further-every time I go to the gym that’s a clear indication that I need to stop and give my body time to heal and rest. This doesn’t mean just skipping a gym day or even a week. This is something that needs a few weeks to even a month for your body to complete a full repair of everything. People are scared of loosing progress with that much down time from the gym. Ill tell you you won’t loose anything and you will be able to come back stronger than befor. First week back will be to just to shake off the rust but you will start smashing through PRs again in no time. You can only push your self so far. Your mind over matter mentality will hold you back. You can’t just pre work out scoops your way through everything. Your body will tell you when enough is enough. It up to you to listen and act accordingly
Now that they have the Restore 3, will experience any issues if I buy the Restore 2 and use the app? Like will the app still support Restore 2 and are there any fees for the app
I've got scoliosis and when I bring my ass to the ground, there's a slight butt wink.. been doing it for years.. but not pain.. I agree with the study being too isolated.. it also doesn't factor in the musculature supporting the spine AND the body's ability to adapt. I think pain should be the primary indicator of whether you can do with the butt wink or not.
Absolutely. We think of our backs being made of glass… in reality they are insanely strong and adaptable
i don’t even set an alarm i work second shift so i wake up whenever i wake up i love it so idk how i got to this video lol
Decent review thanks, but you didn’t mention that you need a subscription to access even a fraction of the available features
I’ve never paid for the subscription. None of the features I mentioned or used require it
@@natebackunbrokeninteresting I have the Hatch restore 3, just getting into it (why I watched your video) maybe it’s a restore 3 thing; or maybe they are hiding the free features with the 3 version
@ Interesting. I actually tested the 3 for about a month and didn’t notice any big differences. Although, I don’t use any of the extra stuff. I mostly use it as a noise machine and for the sunrise features. I don’t use the meditations or unwinding, which I think is what the subscription covers.
A lowly swindler. $100 next time. 400 Euros is not 100 dollars, but many times more.
@@batvanio Different countries bub. $100 in the US. I don’t control Amazon’s pricing haha
Thanks
I am thinking of getting it to help with my minor depression. (It is always so hard in the winter!) My sleep schedule is very wonky and I always have so so much trouble and anxiety getting up out of bed. But also, I have tried this with just regular LED lights that turn on gradually and that hasn’t helped so that’s why I’m a little iffy about it.
@@keyboard8173 It could be helpful! It’s great for getting into a better routine and having a much less annoying wake up process. Might be worth a shot!
@@natebackunbroken I just ordered one today! Excited to try it out and see if it helps
How much did you pay for that standing desk?
A little over $100!
If you say you bought 100 different back extension machines on Amazon you are either: 1. The dumbest person on the planet because there are only 3 factories making them and you bought many rebranded versions of the exact same thing. 2. You are just dishonest and lying. In either case no one should listen to a thing you say either because your an idiot or a liar!!!!!
Looks like it might be capable of using for preacher dumbell curls.
Haha I’m sure you could use it for that
Fantastic ...thanks for making this post.
@@thornwivans You got it! Hope it was helpful
I have a hatch 3 arriving tomorrow. I looked into a lot of SAD lamps and sunrise alarm clocks, what sold me on the Hatch 3 was the bedtime routine function. My current routine before bed sucks, and I’m hoping using the app for the hatch will help me get that straightened out. Quick question, I thought your thumbnail was funny, with you peeking at the clock under a sleep mask. Do you sleep with a mask and use the Hatch 2? I currently sleep with a manta sleep mask, I’ll probably have to try to sleep without it so I can get the morning light from the Hatch. I would appreciate any insight you could provide!
Hatch 3 is great! I actually just bought one too and have been using it for a few weeks. And good question- yes I do use a sleep mask with it. My sleep mask almost never stays on my face through the night, so I usually wake up to the light anyway. The most ideal situation is having a room that is completely blacked out. That way it's actually a gradual wake-up and you don't need a mask. I've just gotten used to the mask with traveling, so I still use it every night
Thank you for the fast response! Great tip, I have one window in my bedroom and I think it would be easy to get a blackout shade for it. No other light sources in the room I’m pretty sure. You should give one of the Manta sleep masks a try, I’ve been using one of the first they made for quite a few years and love it. I don’t think it ever comes off, and is very comfortable!
@ Just took a look at the Manta. It looks awesome, I may have to pick one up. Definitely grab some blackout curtains!
For 200 you can pay someone to turn the lights on every morning. wtf. It's just a clock, a bulb and a resistor. It is great, yes, but also such a money grab.
Thx for the video, I bought it on amazon for 86cad (60 usd). However the reviews were so bad!
I bought one its worth every penny 👍🏻
Agreed! Well worth it
The sunrise light is great for SAD. Also really helps me wake up since I sleep in pitch black with black out curtains
@@TheMissySue Definitely. We do the same and it helps so much
I didn't hear you mention their subscription.
The subscription is optional, I’ve never used it

Glad it was helpful! You’ll honestly love the Hatch. It sounds like it will be perfect for what you need.
Lol!! What a way to waste money. I can do the same thing with phone!!!!
Didn’t realize your phone can light up the entire room
I think that the main key to avoid low back pain and injuries is to maintain the lumbar lordosis. If you squat too low, and lose your natural lumbar lordosis, you are exposed to a low back injury. I destroyed my L5-S1 because I didn't get that concept. Not many videos talk about the most obvious things in squat and if you are a noob you can easily get injured.

I’ve been debating on getting these shoes, but have been on the edge since a lot of the reviews by users of shoes from many years ago state that “there quality is gone compared to older version, and the inner heel of the shoe caves in after 2 months.” have you notice anything along this line, is the hell sturdy and not caved in? so hard to find qauilty prodcuts noadays. thanks
@@stefanlewis9609 I have not personally noticed this. The only thing I’ve noticed from a quality perspective is probably that the insole or the midsole on my pair has started clicking recently. Like that annoying click whenever you take a step in older shoes. Not sure if that’s common or just because mine or so old at this point, but I haven’t noticed any issues with the soles

amazing review, one of the best ❤ love it 😊
Thank you!
I don't know if this was already mentioned in the video, but I fixed my lower back pain with squats by recording myself doing squats and seeing if the lowest part of the squat was where my butt was pushed out the most. When my lower back was hurting I noticed that when I was going up from the squat, my butt would push out more than when I was at the bottom of it. I hope this makes sense to whoever is reading it and helps them out.
@@fungishroom9241 Good tip! Recording yourself can be really helpful
