one thing you forgot to mention, its pretty much implied that pathways into darkness and marathon exist in the same universe, which implies that humanity has had contact with the yaro before, which could explain where they got yaro technology. They left some on earth or possibly even purposely gave em to humanity when they came to seal the sleeping god

I’m so stoked for this! I used to have a blast playing this with my roommates all networked together back in the day. Making maps and tweaking physics until my eyes bled. It’s cool to see it come back and people actually have an interest in. I think it would be awesome to watch you go through and actually play the original three games if possible.. would be a great way to start off before the new version comes out. 👍🏽

I was in the Destiny 1 Alpha and Beta on PS4. Lets hope we get something soon. The development around this game has been interesting to say the least.

I’m excited for this game but I more realistic about Bungie and the gaming industry… I still play Destiny 2 a lot. I’ll buy Marathon and play the hell out of it because of my history with Bungie. I’m getting fatigued from investing in games… from where we were at Halo 20 years ago, I thought gaming would be so much more by now.

Oh Christopher Barrett. Why have you forsaken me? There were betas for Halo 3, Reach, Destiny, and Destiny 2 so I believe Marathon will get one. I think we should all get ski masks with a blue fork on it and kidnap HiddenXperia and Aztecross. Interrogate Hidden in a cheesey Bond villain way and leave Aztecross with the evidence to pin it on him. With the leaked news Switch 2 and Xbox Prime I think this year is going to be very exciting. Also OG All Righter right here and damn proud of it.

I’m currently hoping/guessing the Marathon timeline this year will be similar to D1 launch in 2014. June and July Alpha/Beta, and then release in September. The big Destiny releases this year are supposed to be in the summer and winter. So it would make sense to launch Marathon in between.
