I say look at the guy who did the floors or the electrical and duct work since that sustained the most damage. But my guess is the floor guy since the floor was taken ... who take floors?

This is awful, but this doesn't look like vandalism. It looks like a contractor who wasn't paid or felt he was worth more than what was paid.... Either way this is horrible, and I hope you recover all your loses.

brick walls means no SOUND OR TEMPERATURE insulation... bad bad idea. painting cabinets can look like crap.. especially if wrong color is chosen or done poorly... make sure the hardware (handles and hinges) are not painted... makes it look so dumpy!

I agree, the house in great shape. The open concept makes a great idea. Give it more space. But overall maybe 30 thousands in reno cost. We have to check the roof life, electrical and plumbing but otherwise from that is a great deal. How is the area and what is rents in the location? Keep pumping out these great content.
