Description of the tank :
In the early 1960s, Mitsubishi began developing a new tank in accordance with the government's requirements for armament and defense. The first two prototypes of the STB-1 were built in September 1969 for testing. In 1970, the prototypes were unveiled to journalists and participated in a military parade.
