Purchased a newer batch of Silver Mountain Water and put it against Armaf Sillage.
Hey great review. Have you found any other great aventus inspired by with good longevity? Currently I have Parfum Vintage Empeor Extrait and King. (Love them both) but the prices are too high. I have Scentual Obession king of kings also, but the performance isn’t the best. I have club de Nuit Limited edition. It’s OK, but the lemon note in the opening is still there. It’s much smoother than the EDT, but it’s still there.

I like the older batches. Got three different 10th anniversary bottles all 3 smell slightly different. No smoke in any.

I’ve ordered stuff from jomashop and everything I’ve gotten has been authentic. It takes longer than most grey sites. But as always buy at your own risk.
Bro if it was as good as the original CREED would be out of business.Of course it’s fake.Might smell similar might look it might feel it THERE IS ONLY ONE THAT SMELLS AND LASTS THE WAY THE REAL STUFF DOES.I seen all the java maxaroma fragX all of them are $150-$250 of wasted money sadly with ppl thinking they got a steal.

Creed Aventus is SO overrated
Candies was my signature scent back in the day. I tried the DUA version and then went back and bought 2 more bottles. Spot on to the OG.
I did the same, on my skin after the sweetness goes away it gets an earthy mature smell, not in a bad way.
I did not like my Dua Candies clone at all.
@@geraldcaine either you've never smelled the real thing or got a bad batch. I've went through three bottles. Also did you spray it and let it sit? Or just spray out of the box and didn't like it? Sometimes the bottles need to macerate for a bit.
@@cknorris3644 bro I’m 41. The OG Candies was my favorite and signature scent for years. I even bought a damn 50 ml bottle off eBay for like $50 back in like 2012. I was excited when I found the Dua clone, but immediately disappointed when I smelled it on test spray and even more so off my skin. Almost no sweet fruity smell on either and was over powered by a more earthy moss smell. It smelled a little better on my son….. but easily able to tell the difference between the original. To me… not even close enough to be called a clone… more so a “take” but not close enough to the original that I would ever buy another bottle.

I’m not sure, I’ve only tried armaf clone. I’d like to try a parfums vintage clone of smw. PV clones are not cheap though.

Maybe you have CDNIM in your bottle lol. Because 10th anniversary doesn’t perform even after macerating it for 2 years. It is a shame that they made 10th anniversary bottles so weak.
@@SB-hk2lk That would be funny if it was, but this was a brand new sealed bottle. I'm lucky in that fragrances perform awesomely off my skin. Never had a batch of Aventus last shorter than 8 hours.
I own both and I can say original aventus it's better 💪
