Jimmy Page reunites with Jorgen Angel
Переглядів 28 тис.9 років тому
Jimmy Page reunites with iconic, classic rock photographer Jorgen Angel, who took the very first pictures of Led Zeppelin in Denmark sep 1968, and who also shot Jimmy, with the Yardbirds, april 1967, when Jorgen was 15 years old. The two icons had a great, warm, loose and very fun get-to-gether in London, October 2014, where danish writer Henrik Tuxen interviewed Jimmy Page.
Hi Henrik , Enjoying your article Pagey with Jorgen Angel. Are we related ? I'm Gerard Tuxen, son of Saxil Tuxen 2nd. Great Led Zeppelin fan. All the best
Ive seen plenty of interviews where Jimmy is just himself. Have u all seen “ it might get loud”…???
I just watched it and the press interview. Loved it.
@@bellabunnell3174 press aside : ive recently discovered Jack White bc of this film…what do u think of him??
Jimmy please pray this will stop ty love lynne

I sort of met Cliff once. I was driving through his neighborhood and came across him walking his dog. When I got there, his dog was in the street and I had to wait for Cliff to retrieve him. He kind of gave me a "sorry man" wave and moved his dog. I drove thru. Cliff looked great! And that was it.
Ангусу респект!
I loved this.. I so wish I could meet Jimmy. He's just such a sweetheart.
Page is waayyy cool.
Angus is brilliant as always - no foul language unlike his bandmate Johnson, who has a mouth like a sewer, Angus is light years ahead of him, showing the genius that he is.
Happy birthday Cliff, 73 years old. 🎂
Love this man. He is genuine here
Hahahha, I love him😂😂😂💜🔥💫
Has been living in the past for the last 20 years. zzzz.......
does anyone know where I can buy that book?
Please never stop sharing your joy!
And he's right back into the book. Just a regular guy. I do the same thing with rock star books.
Long live their rock and roll hair!!!
What a happy, magical re-encounter.
So weird how dude is just jumping behind them taking pictures, people interrupting old friends
I'm the journalist. Interview was used for different articles etc. including pix where I was included. All agreed upon in advance. Jimmy knew and was fine with it
Oh okay gotcha. Seemed awkward thinking dude just jumped in randomly for a pic
@@ledfarmer100 haha, yeah totally. the full session was for sure 30 minutes and probably more. I'd interviewed Jimmy for a story 5 months earlier - and years ago him and Plant. So he was totally loose, and all was in good spirit. I convinced Jørgen Angel to go, who at that point had no passport and was planning never to leave Denmark again, but it turned out to be an amazing trip. We also had a seriously good laugh with Jimmy later on. By coincidence saw Jimmy walking towards me in this corridore. I looked up, pointed at him saying 'You, look so much like Jimmy Page'.. Well I am, he said coming towards me, grabbing my hands, adding 'I just met your companion down there', with this real joking smile in his eyes, and then disappering through a door nearby. Right after Jørgen appears, with this gigantic smile on his face, coming towards me, saying. 'You know what you've never done? Been pissing over cross (danish expression) with Jimmy Page". So I think you can guess where the two gentlemen just met.
@@henriktuxen4268 you’re living my dream
Angus is the One! The very best, coolest (and more) sologuitarist in the best band ever! Btw; he mentioned my country, Norway, can you believe it?
That really should be on the cover of Vougue
Angus has a good sense of humor ...

A photoe is a photo of a toe.
Easy to be nice when you glad to just be alive after all he has been through....
Gee..... Does the interviewer actually give the boys a turn to talk...

Yes, Phil ligeledes 52...
nice stuff lads
Respect for Angus, always happy with so little, a great child who has remained modest and indifferent to his status as a famous musician.
Yes, he was the youngest of 6 brothers. I bet it was quite an education.
Cliff, Malcolm, Brian... we miss you !
Jimmy respects this man deeply
