Oh no, its not just yours. Its all of them. Every release of this casting is plauged with issues. I refuse to purchase this car after getting one of the earlier ones and seeing how utterly terribly its designed. I dont think the issue is QC. I think that the issue is that the engineering in this casting is poor.

I think the truck looks great! It's got a fun party trick as well. RLC isn't for everyone, yes, has QC issues, but so do most 1/64 brands these days, Mini GT, etc. I get the wobbly, you're not crazy, can you compare to any other folks? Most of my cars across brands are wobbly, FYI. I think you are feeling burned because it was $30, and for $30 you should have a perfect vehicle. Sadly today, that's just not the case, with Hot Wheels and most other brands. You have to step up to the $35+ brands for better QC, and even then it's not perfect.

As an estimated calculation, they lost between $40k - $100k. From historical data Mattel has cancelled orders for lesser reasons.. I’m really hoping they don’t cancel all of the orders that were glitched.

i just started collecting this year but i got almost all the RLC drops this year but my favorite one is by far the blue supra! so happy i got one

i think we are not getting any of theese here at spain bc market is too small. its so small that we are just getting the B cases from 2024 when at us the 2025 cases are hitting the shelves

They all do that the way the wheels are placed not have the usual hot wheel axle makes the wheels wonky

I really thought about it, ALOT, but even with the discount, I just didn't pull the trigger. I have two Mini GT trucks that I haven't even opened yet, and I just don't have the room or desire to add another truck that isn't getting opened. I'm sure I'll regret this, but whatever. Can't wait to see this in your hands!

I got mine. Right at drop. Just the truck and got it at 37.50 plus tax and ship. Come out to 47 dollars Super stoked as well. Have you seen the flat nose hauler that is next?

Zamac is the metal they use for all hotwheels. It’s a mixture on zinc copper aluminum and something else

Im missing this one from my impala series! I missed out because I was on vaca, but the previous ones also have the reflective base. Pink roses is still my favorite one. Think I’m gonna spend the $50 for it later this month or so.

Yeah the suspension part is to resemble slammed trucks and stock ride height, but I’m shocked yours came wobbly. I’ve had QC issues since the yellow green monte carlo, with mine being the shell of the car not attached at all to the chassis. Everything had a qc problem up until before the chameleon skyline dropped and thankfully the pink skyline from last year also didn’t have no issues.

Yes, I think your actually loosing your mind… Or you just wanted to clickbait. Because what I can see in the video, your model looks perfect and you are just overdramatizing. It is supposed to stand in a display case and look good doing so. It wouldn’t bother me at all when mine wouldn’t roll perfectly, especially when you keep in mind the airride feature. The title of your video is soo exaggerated. I just hope that mine looks that perfect when it arrives🤞

I don't trust RLC any more. Too many quality issues. Same goes for most premiums.

I ordered a RLC Supra on the day of the drop..order went through just fine no issues and …My order is still being processed…How bout that. :(.

Every single one of the last 7 releases had QC issues for me. I have the original c10 and it’s not meant to wobble or sit crooked. Not excited to receive this new one now.

I just wish they were just trucks not low riders

I had two '75 Monte Carlo lowrider, the original one in green/yellow, that came damaged. Bought a third one on the secondary market (local toy show) and it was perfect. For $30-40 each, they should ALL be perfect. One set of my 454SS Chevy pickups, the protector pack wouldn't stay closed. Not as big an issue as damaged parts or poseable suspension that doesn't pose, but still not good. For the money that is being asked, RLC needs to have better and more consistent quality control!

I had a bad issue with the yellow/green '75 Monte Carlo lowrider. The first one I ordered, one of the tires on the left side (the side not visible in the display box!) was damaged. I had ordered it for a friend and he was not pleased with it. So I called RLC and they said they would send me a shipping label so i could return it at no expense, for a replacement. So i did that, and the suspension on the replacement car wouldn't stay posed. I called RLC again and they were out of the reserves that are held back for replacing damaged cars. So they said they could send another shipping label and i could send the car back for a full refund. My friend didn't want to do that, and we eventually found a third one at a local toy show for the same price as the original car. I bought it, opened it up, and it was perfect. So now he has one to keep in the display box and one to display posed.

In my opinion the very first Corvette chase from the premium series is gonna be a very sought after item in the future

Its blue for sure. Got mine today. Looks nice, happy with mine. It is basic, but I see why they slacked in other places due to the suspension feature eating up the cost of production. Mine wobbles too, but at least it rolls. I know I can get much better cars for the money from other brands. The suspension feature is the only thing that really saves this truck.

Every brand has QC issues. But, with RLC, QC issues is quickly becoming the brand. I'm a 1st time RLC member this year, and I won't do it again.

being screwed to a base always (and i do mean ALWAYS) puts the rubber out of round.

That wobbling when rolling is terrible, i dont honestly mind the rear wheels being higher as it gives it a "drag" look. i got this one and im praying it comes in somewhat good shape because this aint right

i think it's just how the wheels and suspension works. i literally JUST got mine, n i searched out a video to find how to change the suspension, cuz i too thought it would work like the lowriders n u pull it out. n i was scared to break mine. I Hate it in the standard height i only like slammed trucks, but it seems in teh normal ride height the suspension seems real ... unstable. n the wheels wobble n shimmy like camber negative/positive way too easily that i see this thing breaking easily at some point, so imma keep mine in packaging in lowrider mode.

One of your tires probly isn’t on right or there’s a tag still on the plastic wheel. If that’s the case get a knife and scrape the tag off put the tire back on and it should help or fix it. Had this issue on the Datsun
