    Couldn't you just steam the toppings at the same time with the noodle after you pour it on with the ladle ?

    • @gotcfoods7686
      @gotcfoods7686 2 роки тому

      You can if you want but technically the bottom side of the steam noodle is stickier than the top so when you lift it you want to put the noodle upside down & then add the toppings so it sticks to the sticky side. It's not that sticky but you have to lay it to give it some time to cool off.

    Nice! Makes me want to try it too now. Btw, how does the taste of this method compared to the traditional pan method? Which one tastes better?

    • @gotcfoods7686
      @gotcfoods7686 3 роки тому

      Steaming it definitely taste better. Its a lot smoother & it also last longer. If you reheat it the next day in a microwave or resteam it, it won't break apart like the pan version.

    • @violetviolet888
      @violetviolet888 10 місяців тому

      @Me-cb8jj: It's not about taste. It's about texture. Thin and melt in your mouth is better.

    Will the grade 90 unbleached cheesecloth on Amazon work or does the woven need to be finer, if how fine is the one you got from Joan?

    • @gotcfoods7686
      @gotcfoods7686 3 роки тому

      Hi Danny! Cheesecloth will not work wel.. you need something more fine. It needs to be like the fabric on quilted blankets. If you go to joann and ask for 100% cotton unbleached/bleached muslin fabric you should be able to get it. =)
