Be helpful if you actually show if it works?
Hello, See here. ua-cam.com/video/34YTz2bUxpE/v-deo.htmlsi=bhbgSCwjGLLXVS1R
do you put a pan on top of the cloth?
not the same only looks the same. both taste pretty different and both are good in their own right.
This is the video I need, thank you 🙏🏼
I’ve been using this recipe for a few years now. It’s the best! Thank you! ❤
Aw thanks! Glad you like it.
Would you mind sharing where I find those bamboo sticks?
I wanted to order cloth on your website but said my adress isn't supported ( in France )
Do you need to visit a fabric shop or can you improvise and use something from home? Clothing, cheese cloth, etc?
Hi, I sell these. If interested you can purchase here: go-tc-foods.square.site/
Are your products still for sale? Do you offer local pickup for St. Paul/Minneapolis?
Yes, we are only doing delivery.
Thank you 🙏
Crabs look delicious wish you success always
That look delicious.
How many net weight per bag?
👍👍👍🌹
🤗👍👍👍👍👍
Curious if the gas stovetop would burn the fabric while cooking?
Country Crock ain’t butter
Love from srilanka. Grate knowledge..
Hi how wide must the diameter of pot be?
Couldn't you just steam the toppings at the same time with the noodle after you pour it on with the ladle ?
You can if you want but technically the bottom side of the steam noodle is stickier than the top so when you lift it you want to put the noodle upside down & then add the toppings so it sticks to the sticky side. It's not that sticky but you have to lay it to give it some time to cool off.
Thanks aloft for your sharing I love it ❣️❣️❣️

Do you mind providing a link to the exact fabric thru joann?
Look for unbleached cotton muslin.
Wow your amazing 😀
I will try this out. Thanks for sharing.
I made one of these about four years ago, but I really wanna find the long bamboo stick to peel and flip the steamed noodles because removing them was such a pain that I never tried again 😔
12 years ago, I bought a set at an Asian store, it came with everything. The pot, cloth, ring, lid, and two bamboo sticks.
Take a chopstick and dip in water everytime before removing the rice paper
thank you for sharing
Awesome! I will try, thanks 💖💖
What is the size of the pot and the size of the clamp?
What is 1/2 bag filled of warm water in American cups size?
About 2 and 1/2 cups should do.
Can we pickup if we live in the twin cities area?
Hi Mai! I can meet you somewhere to pick up your order.
Thanks very clear explained ❤️
😍😍😍 I love it. I want to see all the recipes you make. Why dont you add your recipes to Khal, com A lot of awesome chefs add thor recipes there ............

Why aren’t the links working? Or is it just me?
You're right the ikea pot & amazon lid & purchase product link isn't working. I will look into this. For the mean time you can view the links on GO-TC FOODS Facebook.
Hi Blua, Thank you for pointing this out. The links are now working.
Nice! Makes me want to try it too now. Btw, how does the taste of this method compared to the traditional pan method? Which one tastes better?
Steaming it definitely taste better. Its a lot smoother & it also last longer. If you reheat it the next day in a microwave or resteam it, it won't break apart like the pan version.
@Me-cb8jj: It's not about taste. It's about texture. Thin and melt in your mouth is better.
How about a recipe for garlic roasted crab!
1 bag of bánh cuốn + 2 cup H2O SÔI +1 TBS OIL + 1 TSP salt
Will the grade 90 unbleached cheesecloth on Amazon work or does the woven need to be finer, if how fine is the one you got from Joan?
Hi Danny! Cheesecloth will not work wel.. you need something more fine. It needs to be like the fabric on quilted blankets. If you go to joann and ask for 100% cotton unbleached/bleached muslin fabric you should be able to get it. =)
Gotcha and thanks
banh canh is flour??
My cloth is very stick with the rice steamead
OMG: You got it down pat! I'm going to put in julienne ginger next time. I love to eat the ginger!
Wow this looks so good! I made a video on how to make cantonese style lobster also haha!
I think 12 mins is way too long
