Just a quick waffle on. What I say about V1.1 isn’t me slagging it off before anyone starts. It’s my opinion although remember that I’ve had the Deus 2 since V0.0 so I’ve got to know every change.

Re uploaded to me saying it’s silencer 2 when in fact it’s 1. To be used on pasture, park ,rolled or medium contaminated ground. Reacts better to coins on their edge. A program to suit all.

Very nice setup works great, save £££ remember the brains are in the coil, the controller is only a dashboard layout display for information that's all.👍🏻

What's hot mode please great video thanks.
Running a machine in HOT mode means to have the machine and the edge of being unstable meaning it makes it more sensitive.

Im new to air rifling, and got in trouble with the law for raising my sights to shoot at a tree that was 10meters beyond my targets and was on common land. I'm on an end house with common land beside me on one side, no houses there for 500meters and no people or path or roadway. Though it's lawful to shoot in your garden using sub 12 foot pound, a wooden fence backstop with nothing beyond is not sufficient as I read up on later. The chance of ricochet hitting anything or anyone was near non existent that's why I chose to zero a new scope. Never the less, it is upon the buyer of an air rifle to check in real life terms not online only any and all requirements of the owner of the rifle to satisfy the UK law. Had I 🐝 n told this upon and prior to my purchase, Im sure I would not have had 4 police cars rock up at my address and not had a tazer pointed at me. I love target shooting and it's very satisfying. I have been frightened off it though. I had every intention of using an air rifle gallery. Even if you're just zeroing with 30 pellets or less, like I was, Think again. And wait until your the only person around in a wide open space with permission to be there or at a shooting gallery. Rookie out. I'm allowed my rifle back and hope to enjoy it. Big fright. big learning curve.

The bipod was a swivel hawke. I don't have the GX40 anymore. Double loading and leaked like a bitch. I wouldn't recommend one really which is a shame.
@@searchingshropshire thanks for the reply, how long into owning the gx40 did you notice the issues? I’m in a couple air rifle groups on Facebook and people really like the gx40 and certainly recommend them, that’s a real shame

I’m getting one of these next week hopefully but I have a cheap £50 thing with no name on it at the moment but yeah similar kinda noise. You get that crumpled low tone with a high tone. Good advice though 👌

It doesn't save my changes to the remote you can halp me?
What you do is not recovery speed, it is a discrimination test. Recovery speed would let the detector give a separate tone on every target. But you have set up the detector to disc out the nails. So any target with a higher conductivity than the nails will come thru.
It's recovery speed ya melon. Since the 1mx is single tone it can't give a separate tone. You stick to the G2. The worst detector on the market.

Yes pinpoint button is if you hold the RED hot key down for 2 secs. And an all metal mode could be created or just use Sensi FT.
Recently bought those headphones and they're great. Esp in winter! I enjoyed seeing all the different programs. New sub.
Excellent video! The only thing you forgot to mention, was that if you press simultaneously on the right two buttons, it will take you to the large numbers.

Yes. Same depth and same speed. You dont even need the RC to update like you did with the Deus 1.

mi sono comprato xp deus 2 ma non mi sembra che sia cambiato nulla ,trovo uguale a quando usavo il xp deus 1 ,è solo un po piu stabile nelle inteferenze ,ma secondo me l'uno che il vero deus è ancora avanti,l0ho rivenduto il 2 e sono ritornato ancora al deus 1 con hf ,e non lo cambiero mai piu

I'm so tempted just to get the lite version, but I don't want XP in the future concentrating more on updating the remote.. and leaving the puck behind.
The puck is updated on its own. So you don’t need the RC to update.
Yeah I know that, but I'm just thinking I hope XP doesn't concentrate on the remote years down the line and there's hardly any updates for the Puck, because we know what they are like.. they are money grabbers.. 🤑
@@WaleshiddenhistoryMD why would they not do updates for the puck when it’s important to the RC 🤔🤔🤔 what ever updates come out will be for both.
@WaleshiddenhistoryMD you could always add a remote in the future IF that happened. Save a little along the way, have a D2 now, then if needed, buy the remote.

Great video with very clear explanations. There are three other things you can't do compared to the Deus 2 RC using V0.71 software......Notch cannot be turned OFF, no expert mode for Notch so only able to set one notch not three like on the Deus 2 RC, you can only save one user profile per factory program unlike Deus 2 RC where I could save 10 programs based on say FMF Fast. I hope XP will at least make the Notch feature the same as the Deus 2 RC in a future update. I agree about the X/Y screen. It would be cool to have it but without a backlight for the WS6, the X/Y screen would be really hard to see. I have an old Quest 2.4 gHz transmitter plugged into my WS6 with horseshoe adapter on the stem so I can use the wireless Quest over the ear headphones without being tethered and I can easily see the WS6 screen for USA coin and jewelry hunting. When I am gold prospecting/relic hunting I put the WS6 puck in the receiver on the same wireless Quest headphones. Other than those missing Notch features, the WS6 is an amazing little detector controller.
I knew there was another thing I missed. As we don’t use notch in the U.K. as you’ll miss tiny hammered coins. I forget it’s even there. Because you can’t name programs they have left it 1 per base program. Otherwise you’ll have 1,2,3,4,4,4,4,4,4,5, that could confuse things a bit. Thank you for the comment and good luck. Chris
