All the cx-50 models have faulty seat coverings. All models. Know this going into it if you get one. Mazda wont do anything for it either. All of the seats will tear on the lower side half of the seat above the hand controls. It'll happen faster on the drivers seat but will eventually happen to the pass side as well. Google " Mazda CX-50 seat tears" and you'll see what you are in for and how big of an issue this is.

Lacking honestly. This is 15k more than my base model 2016 Mazda 3 hatch (20k when I bought it) and this looks barely better and that infotainment looks worse. Def won’t be upgrading to another Mazda.

The luxury of a Mazda!!!!! Mazda is known for being cheap and reliable not fancy. Handling is pretty good but they sound like someone filled the body panels with marbles and even a Hyundai blows away their interiors which are cheap, basic, and boring.

The know with the drivetrain dial , you can go turn it anti clockwise to get to the towmode immediately.

i have owned 3 versas. all manual transmission. avoid the cvt trans and get a manual. the manual trans driven properly can go 150k-200k miles before needing a clutch. do the maintenance on the car per the owners manual schedule and you'll have a 300k mile car at a great price. these still have timing chains so that alone is a huge cost savings in maintenance. less frills and technology equals less repairs later and more cash in your pocket. u wanna make the car executives rich, then go buy a car with fancy gadgets. i like having money in my pocket so i drive cheap versas
