My friend had a 60th birthday coming up, so naturally, I had to make her the most epic Raw Vegan Birthday cake. I wanted to show you the process. I picked one of my favorite ones from my repertoire - Mocha Praline Entremet: - Textured Cacao Crust - Spiced Chocolate Mousse - Espresso Cream - Pecan Praline - Covered in a chocolate velvet spray - Topped with white chocolate frosting and candied pecans I had so much fun making this and my friend absolutely loved it! Can't you use pure RebA stevia which is 0 cal, herbal sweetener with no side effects? I hope you can figure out how to use it in all recipies!
@AzizimIstanbul have you ever used stevia? It has a horrible after taste. It's not made to be used a primary sweetener but as a boost. I make professional style desserts using better sugars than traditional white processed sugars like high fructose corn syrup etc.
@@CrystalDawnCulinary Yes, I know it's challenging to make all desserts with stevia, but it's worth it for the sake of health. 99% RebA stevia doesn't have an aftertaste, but it’s still hard to achieve the same consistency as sugar or sugar alcohols. The issue with sugar in raw food preparation is that combining sugar and fat can create long-term health problems when consumed especially together. I know some people on a raw diet who haven’t been able to heal past a certain point, which I believe is due to this combination and consumption. But you're a talented chef-I’m sure you can master healthier recipes without any sugar, even in its better forms.
@AzizimIstanbul thanks for your message but detox and restriction on top of an already restrictive diet is not the focus of my business. There are a lot of other channels out there that focus on that. If you are not healing from a chronic health condition and you want dessert, then eat the dessert and real food. 😁

It seems like you’re deeply committed to the business aspect, which is great, though it appears the health aspect might be secondary. If my suggestion isn’t what you’re looking for, feel free to disregard it. I’m confident that someone else in the same field, who values health as much as they do the business, might find it useful. What may seem trivial for some was a huge win for me. I have never completed a big hike alone, I'm deathly afraid of bears and cougars (basically anything that can eat me), but I love nature... So I faced my fears and set out on a 20 km hike to First Brother Peak in @manningpark via the Heather trail through the Apline Meadows. Yes, I had bear spray and a pocket knife, so I felt safe. 🐻 I drove 2.5 hours from home, parked at the trailhead, and set out on the hike. It only took me 5.5 hours roundrtip to do the hike and was a total 12 hour day with driving, so it's a great day trip from Vancouver. There I was in the vast backcountry totally alone (besides some groups of hikers I passed along the way). I have never felt so free! I'm definitely a mountain gal! ⛰️ I didn't see any cougars or bears, but I saw a snake, grouse, marmots, lots of birds, and horse flies. And the best part of all - wildflowers for days! 🌸🌻 I highly recommend this trail to anyone looking for an escape from the city. I'm obsessed... next is backpacking the entire Heather Trail to Nicomen Lake. I can't wait! Who else here is a nature lover? P.S. fun fact - I worked in Manning Park 24 years ago for one summer season as a housekeeper. It was an amazing experience. 😁

I just resigned from my part time job and am easing into starting self employment. If I can start generating some income I would gladly sign up. I believe the flax seed measurements are probably the same: 1 1/4 cups whole golden flax seeds 3/4 cup ground golden flax seeds Thanks again! I’ve been eating 100% raw for two weeks and I’m ALL IN. But as a lover of crispy, savory snacks, the only things I’ve been missing are chips, and crackers with this texture. Time to fire up the Excalibur for your easy to follow recipe. About to head to the kitchen and make these right now!

Just took the crackers from the dehydrator. My first successful crackers. :-) They’re light and crispy (score!), nice-looking, and tasty. They need some kind of dip or tapenade (no plans to make the seed cheese just yet), but I’m very happy with them. Thought I’d circle back and share this update with you. Thanks for the recipe.

Most people dont have that kind of coconut, and most people do not have special tools. Please redo this with the same condecending tone when using normal tools on normal nuts.
I have the same tool. The extra padding and cloth are smart. Unfortunately, the Coco Jack company went out of business a few years ago.
