For this cover I used the plini x plugin and turned everything off except transpose which I used to drop it 12 semitones then I ran Otto II II II II for the guitar tone which I used the built in doubler. Then I used Otto more as more for mixing it.

I learned all of this one by ear. I learned it with bass tuned down a full step (DGCF). I'm pretty sure it's correct because it's the only way it matched what he was playing in the video. If I get some time, I'll try to do a quick video explaining the parts. I tried to show most of the bass parts in the video so another thing to try is playing back the video at a slower speed. I'll try my best to get a little tutorial done. And thank you for checking the video out!

I want to say it was the jc-120. Also my settings on the hog are the same as what's seen in the thumbnail. I'm pretty sure Reese said they usually used some type of fender amp sim on their modelers so you might be able to get it with one of those too but I'm pretty sure I used the jc-120.

Thank you dude! I just have the electric in drop D but then it is pitch shifted 12 semi-tones lower so technically it's a whole octave lower than regular drop d.

Thank you dude! It's one of my favorites too. It took me a minute to figure out one of the parts by ear so I had been practicing the rest of the song for a minute which thankfully made it a little easier. It's a lot of fun honestly. My goal was to cover their whole album this year so I gotta get back on it soon.
