Golden nuggets of advice, thank you!
True 👍 ✔️ 👍 ✔️ 👍
During some of the narcissistic abuse times, I went horse riding. The power that those horses have to make you feel relaxed but to trust them is so very strong.
Jesus loves you all
I think I need to do something on my own
Ya for a few minutes it really does not last long just long enough to build that dependance
My ex lied about everything I was always cought between his lies he was telling others Some lies I have no idea why he lied about it but ya everything was a lie
Yes it helped to empower me learning more about it
Fall is a burnout time for me getting the garden in and ready for next year Just getting ready for winter when I'm done I'm ready for a snow storm so I can rest😂
I had to learn Bounderies with my pony and cow 😂I definitely had to set physical boundaries 😂
Good advice
I have these signs…
As someone who comes from a family where my emotions were never understood. This hit deep. Especially the self talk. Nothing good comes from talking down to yourself. Learning to love yourself and work on yourself is so important. Know your worth ❤ thanks for this video. I sincerely enjoyed it
5. It feels impossible to make peace with the past recalling all I put up with and taking it out on those I love, especially because the past is the reason my life looks as it does 6. Why is it so fucking impossible to succeed in my life? The reality of my life is hell. Most often I'm just being buried alive, and trying desperately to escape
Hello, thank you for sharing, there seems to be a lot of your comment missing for some reason so I m missing some context in order to respond well for you
Bounderies can help but not always sometimes we need to work through it and get the "job" done anyway
True...and then do some self care
I had a very positive experience this summer in an equine therapy class. The connection with the horse was dramatic. It opened up a voice inside that I had not heard before: love, kindness, peace.
Thats awesome to read, i conduct equine therapy and many clients say the same as you, thank you for sharing your experience
I am 60 and have experienced pretty much all of it. I was the last of 7 children and never had the feeling of being cared for, hugged or talked to. I could go on. I experience getting g totally emotionally hijacked sometimes. It's hard to cope - Paula
Hi Paula, thank you for sharing your experience, I am sorry to read you struggle sometimes, I am available as a therapist online or at my office in Spain if you wish. It is extremely difficult to shed all of this and transcend it but it is possible. keep moving forward despite any setbacks, stay true to yourself and take care of yourself as someone worth taking care of
Thank you. I have a therapist for other abuses as well.
I avoid other people and are most comfortable being alone.
Very well said. Thank you for your videos.
You are very welcome and thank you for taking the time to say so ...its really appreciated
Great video
Thank you as always for your support
Well now i need tips to stop being a pathological liar 😭
I fully agree
...and unlike a psychopath they can explode emotionally and are even more dangerous
I have no time for these people. I struggled for years. I’m glad I’m free.
I am glad to read you broke free
@@clearvision2146 it’s not been easy. Hell at times
Never realized i was a sociopath ...😢😢😢😢
maybe explore it a bit more before you come to that conclusion about yourself
😂I never seen it that way b4 😂because we had strengths or they would not even bother ❤🎉
yep
Thx for the advice. 🙏
You are most welcome, glad to read it helped
💞🙏
My dad was a lot like this. He was abusive to us kids and my mom, but would always have a facade in public and do things to look like the perfect family. Only to scream at us when we got home. When we all grew up and got away from him. He still thinks himself the victim
Thank you for sharing your experiences , I am sorry to read your history but glad you got away
I remember using a mindfulness book called 30 Days to Overcome A Toxic Relationship by Harper Daniels. It was simple and helped.
Thank you for the book recomendation
This was helpful thank you
Thank you I watched this a few times because I was thinking about others😂 These really help because of the loop... You can drill it in if need be 😂🎉❤
🤣
I love your style. Don’t give up!
Thank you for the great compliment and encouragement...i wont
I need to be a step ahead, would my helper give me some piece of info ? For once I must be a step ahead.
I am not sure who your helper is? If you are involved with a narcissist then you are already one step ahead as you know what they are doing they will have shown you time and time again, The best thing to do overall is leave, if you can´t...then seek support such as a therapist and work an exit plan with them. Educate yourself as much as possible on the subject, this eradicates doubt and counters gas lighting etc ...without much more infor or context i am not sure what else to say
This is a bunch of bullshit. Healing. Life is hard, buy a helmet.
Thanks for taking the time to share your insights
@@clearvision2146😂
❤Thanks
welcome
Is it uncommon to do this not only for myself, but to insulate the other party as to not further corrupt that individual, as I did with my last ex? That was 3 years ago, and it seemed to have been the best option for the both of us. However before I even understood the no contact rule, I was just avoiding conflict at the time.
Hola, I think I understand your question, and yes I have known people to break contact because the other cannot let go and its making them ill. And continuing polite contact keeps the attachment going ...I think this is what you are referring too? like being ruel to be kind in a way
@@clearvision2146 Indeed. This was 3 years ago. I've remained singled ever since. No contact with ANYBODY. However when I made the decision to let her go, I did it because I realized I would only be continuing manipulation for my own agendas, or to simply try to get some sort of revenge for the way I was feeling. Which I knew was only a selfish reason to justify holding a grudge and seek retribution. I was a scared "grown ass little boy" back then.
@@DerekClark-p9n This is impressively honest, hats off to you for making such changes to how you were acting
I agree
Victims need to hear this.
sure do
I believe my wife is a Borderline BPD but sometimes I can’t tell if she might just have NPD. It’s severe though. Complete cognitive dissonance. She acts like a super Christian woman but has propagated great evil against me without remorse but will say those same words to me. It’s a mind F%#^! Thoughts?
Do you mean you think she is gas lighting you?
@@clearvision2146 she definitely gaslighted me. What I can’t figure out is if she really feels. She has 9 of 9 traits of BPD but when I hear covert narcissistic behavior it fits her too.
@@CarterWare-jr3bc She will feel, somewhere deep down but may well never allow it to come to the surface... you could be waiting for an eternaity
Bounderies we don't really think about them until in the situation behaviour could be different for different people We could be stuck doing something we don't want to do because we didn't think about it 😂
hahah yes , hence its a good idea to have them in place before hand...the paradox is as you say, often we figure out what they should be after the event
Your channel has some great videos and advice in a manner that is easily digestible. Keep up the good and life changing work. Stick with all the great work you are doing. The rewards will come like a tsunamia, and your channel will go strength to strength. Write a book! God bless.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this...its hugely appreciated...the book is underway
Oh my definitely in my prayers 🙏❤️💞🙏
Makes sense and yes they all do it not just soft drinks 😂 Cool so keep focusing on what we want to attract...
Cool explanation
Why thank you!
I took care of my mother - hospital visits, showers, doctors, food, stayed there every week. I planned the funeral. I was shocked that I was disinherited and hurt deep in my soul. I felt like an outsider to everyone. Still do. My husband and kids see my pain but they don’t realize how deep it goes. I will never get over it. I don’t even know who I am. My siblings I’m sure persuaded mom. They took her to the lawyers while I was in the hospital. I’m currently suing them. It’s not about the money but it’s about not letting them beat me While I’m down. Even if I lose at least I tried. So I lost my mom, dad had passed a few years back. Then I see the disinheritance and I for some reason stopped mourning my mom. That made me feel worse. What is wrong with me. Then I lose my siblings- I will never talk to them again. I’m truly not okay. Everyone is sick of me complaining and crying about it all the time. I just want to talk to my mom and ask her. Why?
I am sorry to read of the torment you are enduring, keep moving forward, focus on you and your future, you may never get the answer you desire, and also even if you did maybe it would still not satisfy. Take good care of yourself and build your life
The pain of disinheritence is very painful and I will never ever get over it. Even though I’m going to be successful in my own right, the pain is something that will always be there as I can’t ask them why!!!
It ios very painful but you have your focus tuned correctly, stay on you and your life your future
I sure hope he is. God bless them
❤
So very true..
Thank you for commenting , glad it resonated
Thanks this does clear things up My ex did call himself God at times he is was I don't know an atheist He always said things in a joking way Yes they mirror us so we see good in them but ya temporary They can't change unless they are not a narcissistic person they might just have traits but should be willing to work on things
I think I understand a bit more about why I can't forgive and I wanted to note it help me remember Narcissistic people with all the crap we go through creates a hatred for that person That hatred does keep us safe We make boundaries easier when we hate People keep telling me to forgive for myself well I don't know how That hatred kept me safer right But I'm an empathic person full of love even for people who I... Ya kinda hate so I can maybe find it for him and keeping my Bounderies Understanding is part of forgiveness but I don't want to understand why he did that stuff to me I always say never say never because it comes back to bite you In the butt Maybe being angry I don't have to understand I'm greatful i never had to feel the way he felt towards me I can understand being a narcissistic person your stuck you can't change and that's sad Maybe I can forgive him because he is like this Raised like this This is his survival strategy Forgive him because I know what it's like to have traits like this at times but I'm not stuck like that I have too much empathy at times
God!... woweee
