What I Eat in a Day on Weight Watchers!
I’m down over 40 lbs on WW and this is what a random day of eats looks like! I firmly believe that if you’re on a weight loss journey, you shouldn’t have to sacrifice flavor in order to stay on track with your goals.
I eat regular foods, go on daily walks, and see a personal trainer at least twice per week to work on my strength training. I am allowed 32 points per day, and I tend to fluctuate my points every day (some days I might eat 28 WW points, and others I might have 38). Do whatever works for you, but if you’re looking for weight loss inspiration or some food ideas to keep you on track, I’m happy to help!

I wanted to can it so I guess it can be canned I don't know I usually see jam recipes for canning using the pectin... Does this work just like that and in canning recipes do you think?
Oh nice... I've never cooked or used monk fruit I do like to use less sugar or no sugar recipes but there's very little sugar so I guess you can use sugar if you don't have monk fruit someone asked? I have quite a few grapes mine are all seedless I have made grape jam the last couple years and I was thinking about trying grape jelly so I wonder if I could like quadruple the recipe do you think?

We buy it at Costco in a 16oz bag. We use this, in addition to coconut sugar for our sweetening. Hardly ever use granulated sugar.

If you put carrots in your tomato soup/sauce, there is a special place in hell for you. That grilled cheese tho 🤤
Always trying to add more veggies to things, especially if you can't really taste them! The carrots are really hidden since the tomatoes overpower them, but you don't have to add them :)

I literally just tried cauliflower wings this weekend for the first time. They were not WW friendly! Lol They were in a garlic and parmesan sauce though. Any ideas on how I could make a sauce like that? Can’t wait to make these!
That sounds amazing! Honestly I'd think maybe melting a tablespoon or two of light butter, adding the minced garlic and parmesan would be enough for the sauce to put on top or toss them in. Maybe some fresh parsley and lemon juice? YUM!

Hi! I don't have a link since I didn't create a blog for that recipe, but the ingredients are listed in the calories screenshot! Here you go: 85g pasta 2 cups vegetable broth 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 cup carrots 1/2 cup bok choy 1/2 cup zucchini 1 tsp chili paste 1 tbs white miso paste firm tofu, cubed
