Read this at multiple occasions that Honda is going to stop building gas powered mowers, but you can still buy them new as new, at least in Europe. What happened, did they reconsider their decision? When I was a kid, my grandpartents had a Honda HR 17 (early 80s model) and I spent a good part of my childhood mowing their lawn with that thing. That was just quality.

What test kit did you use?

Unfortunately, tenacity won't kill poa, only stunt it. Velocity is the only known selective herbicide but is crazy expensive. I've started to kill off with glyphosate the big areas in backyard, plan on over seeding this fall. Good luck!

I had the same issue and thanks to your video it help me fix my sprayer. I am having an issue though (after fixing) it does not auto shutoff like it did before once enough air pressure has been pumped into the tank. Did you have this issue? Any ideas or thoughts of why this may be happening? Thanks :)

When putting the cap on dont press at the handle. Use both hands on the outer edge of the cap and run it backwards till it drops down into the threads. Then tighten the cap on. Ive never had trouble putting the cap on like everyone else does I guess.

Any recommendations on how to improve clay soil? I have a four year old new build and have a ton of rock and clay in my yard. I can barely get down 2-3 inches with a probe.

I bought this same mower & had to return 3 of them due to leakkng oil out where dipstick attached to the engine & also 3 of them had weird spider web cracking on the side of the engine block nex to oil fill dipstick. Finally got the 4 the one but this time i got the VYA model with the blade stop & Throddle control. What a nice mower. The 170 is nice but it would just top it off more if it was the 200 even tho its probably not really needed. Just be cool is all.

I’ve been using this method all summer on my lawn and my mother in laws lawn. She has the best looking lawn in the neighborhood hands down. I plugged my entire front lawn in early May and the Bermuda plugs are super green and spreading like wildfire. Another 3-4 weeks and it will be a fully grown together lawn. One good thing to do is to keep your mower blades sharp. This will cause less stress on the lawn when growing back.

I’m a DIV’r myself, and find the 36” leveler works just fine for me. Granted, I only have 2,800sf of lawn, but I have learned to focus on areas of 8’x8’ throughout the year. I’m more aggressive during winter as I’m able to scalp the lawn and really see what’s going on. Cheers ✌🏻

Did yours have the "green sticker" on the box? Apparently, there's a recall on them for a cam gear. The green sticker indicates it doesn't need the recall done. I still have my Toro Recycler Max in the box because of the handle issue. I was thinking about getting that Honda instead. How tall is your wife? Mine is 5'5".

I soaked for 24 hours then rinsed it off and just kept in an empty bucket with a wet towel wrapped around the bag. Worked great!

Reminds me of the time when Yamaha left the snowblower market in the United States . Those were great machines.

I feel like I owe you an apology, even though you don't know it. For some reason this video popped up on my suggested videos, and as I hovered over it, it began to play. Some guy that sounds like one of the Soprano characters was telling me to spray baby shampoo onto my lawn to make it hydrophobic and use water more effeciently. I was laughing my head off. Right up until I Googled it and found out that you know what you're talking about. So, I'm sorry. I judged you by your accent and what you were saying without doing any kind of research. you can rent lawn augers to disperse the sand..then use your drag tool there with some weight on top of it..wont take you but a couple of weekends by the look of your yard
