Worth an upgrade? - New Milwaukee Heated Jacket (M1052-21)
Heated clothing has come a long way over the past few years. I reviewed the original Milwaukee heated jacket, and thought it was ok. Now, Milwaukee just released their Hexon Technology...claiming their heated gear will heat up hotter, faster and last longer.
I put the old and new jackets to the test...

    I'm not buying the 800CFM stats without some proof. Everyone is trying to out-CFM the competition. Given that they're all using variations on the same motors, all they're doing is trading flow vs pressure vs rpm vs battery life. They all have the same physics. Pick whichever is most important to you and run with it.

    • @TurfandStem
      @TurfandStem 5 днів тому

      Having run 1000 + CFM gas backpacks, I can definitely say this feels close to 800, it's got a kick similar to the big boys.

    • @Hyposonic
      @Hyposonic 2 дні тому

      @@TurfandStem Not disagreeing with that, but what you're feeling is a mix of static pressure and flow, not pure CFM.

    I just bought one of the knock off’s from Amazon. I didn’t even know there was an American one for $200+. I will say that you need to get some red Loctite to secure the bolts before you get started or they just loosen up. Other than that I think the build quality is good enough for the $50 I paid for it. I also got one of the magnetic balancers “DPHXF Lawn Mower Blade Balancer” that you mount on the wall for another $25 which is well worth the money. Again it was a bit loose and needed tightening and loctite applied.

Hand pruners, lopers or a hand saw would have taken a lot longer and caused a lot of hand/elbow pain the next day. I don't feel old but my carpal tunnel and tendonitis are making a strong argument. That’s actually stupid, if they’ve been actually testing them they would’ve came across the issue too, but instead they put them on the market to sell not knowing how to fix the issue, I mean come on basically $900 after tax I expected it to run extremely well for a couple years no problems, but instead 3 weeks later and at 29 hours I’m having these issues on mine as well. I actually couldn’t get mine to run at all for 2 days finally got it to actually work this past week, and luckily when it was down the 2 days my 2 and a half year old echo 9010 stepped in

      I highly recommend always using the correct fuel-oil mixture, as it’s crucial for the performance of your RedMax EBZ9000. Avoid pre-mixed fuel cans, as they may not meet the specific needs of your machine. Ideally, use alkylate fuel, like the orange containers from Stihl or Husqvarna's fuel. Even better, go for the grey jugs from Stihl or another alkylate fuel and mix it with high-quality oil from Echo, Husqvarna, or, for the best results, Amsoil's Saber oil. Check the carb for any leaks too / seals. Check and / or clean the sprak plug too. Good luck.

      Did you buy it from a licensed dealer? It might have the idle screw out of adjustment. Also where I’m at I live at 6,500 feet in altitude so sometimes the carbs aren’t adjusted to the higher elevation. Something to consider.

      @@3r8mo not really to me they are really close in moving leaves.but to me it's about the comfortability doing it that's why I like the 9000 it does have a little more power but not that much noticeable.so if you have a 9010 or thinking about getting one over the other.i will say the 9010 is the winner for the power to dollar ratio.but if you don't care about the money then the 9000 is a better filling machine when using for awhile.
