That's odd there was an RAE show on the Emerald Isle, considering there were no ShowBiz Pizza Places (or Chuck E Cheese's Pizza Time Theatres) established there back in the '80s.
It was one of the leftover sets from the stock Creative Engineering had in the late 80's and 90's, which they openly sold to any facilities. Though I do wonder how that set has the show library from the cyberstar era despite it being programmed by the Showbiz Pizza Time corporate rather than Creative Engineering themselves.

When you mentioned Wes Des Moines, I remembered that the original Showbiz location there was still open as a CEC, and was the oldest remaining Showbiz location as a CEC still open, however it got a 2.0 remodel so the original Rock afire bots are now gone and destroyed. Very sad
