Perfectly portioned for individual enjoyment!
Ingredients :
175g Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
55g Heavy Cream / Milk
30g Unsalted Butter
3 Egg Yolks
22g Cake Flour
11g Corn Starch
17g Cocoa Powder
3 Egg Whites
70g Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Chapters :
00:00 Intro
00:24 Melt the cream cheese, heavy cream, and butter using a double boiler
03:03 Separate the egg whites from yolks
03:28 Stir in the egg yolks to the cream cheese mixture
04:04 Sift in the dry ingredients
05:28 Strain the batter
05:47 Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form
07:35 Incorporate the meringue into the cream cheese batter
10:18 Pour the batter into the mini oval cheese pan
11:35 Baking time
11:40 Let the cake cool and unmold
12:44 Serve

Why measurements and time in the video and in the description is different ?
Sorry for the confusion, but the correct measurement for the ingredients is in the description box. As for the baking time, it's the same in both the video and the description box. In the video, I initially baked it for 15 minutes at 180°C, but then I added another 5 minutes, making the first total baking time 20 minutes. However, please adjust according to your own oven temperature.
Can this be frozen?
I haven't tried putting it in the freezer yet

What is suji leaf?
Suji leaves are primarily used along with pandan leaves -- not for flavor, but for color. Suji leaves can be use as a natural green dye for food. It. has a beautiful jade green colour which is deeper than pandan leaves.
Why not use parchment paper , too much handling.
At first I thought this was a chiffon cake, it had to be turned over when cooling it, so I didn't dare use parchment paper on the bottom. But after the experience of making this, I'm also thinking that next time I'll try using parchment paper on the bottom, hopefully when it's turned over, the sides can hold the cake so it doesn't fall.

Thank you for this great video and recipe!! May I ask where did you buy your tools from? Specifically the dough ‘spreading’ tool which allows you to spread the mixture into the corners of the tin. Also for the flattening square tool which you use after each layer is baked?
Hai! I bought it from a local store in Indonesia. You can use a spoon or a painting knife to spread the batter. To flatten each layer, you can use a fondant smoother. May I know where do you come from?

What is the difference between this and Swiss meringue buttercream? Other than the sugar gets added in a syrup?
Swiss meringue buttercream is made by beating egg whites and sugar in a Bain Marie (a bowl supported over a pan of barely simmering water) until they reach a certain temperature and adding butter to the egg whites when they have cooled.

Hi, I have a big oven and I used 160 degree to preheat and bake but before 20min, the middle row started to burn a bit so I took them out to apply the egg wash and their skin sticked to my brush. I couldn’t even bake the 2nd around. Please advise.
You mean the tart already burnt a bit but the tart's skin still sticky before you apply the egg wash?
How to make the original flavor? Coz I do not have Parmesan cheese at home :)
