Katie works with individuals and couples and specializes in people-pleasing, grief & loss, religious trauma, shame & self-worth, anxiety & depression. She helps her clients to explore not just what is going on in their lives, but how they feel about it. This understanding is the first step to opening up new possibilities and new ways of thinking. Katie approaches therapy from a place of listening, empathy, connection, and trust.
She holds Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University, and completed my practicum/internship at Capital Area Counseling in Austin, Texas.
