Seriously?? Are you a lawyer?? And if you are how do you think people will know what they buying if you do not put the name on?? I think that is common sense rather than legalese. Google (ooops used a well know name again, hope we don't get sued) the word generic and then maybe add it to your common sense base of knowledge! :)

So many things what this man says are true. I am a genuine frag head and own over 25 fragrances. The industry is changing with more high quality clones becoming available from houses like Armaf etc. If you are happy with designer clones this is a good thing that consumers have more choices. But, there are niche brands, and lesser known attars that are at a different level. And a few small companies out there producing high quality all natural fragrances thst can't be made by just mixing a few ingredients together. Please remember that this is not a documentary . It is a biased infomercial designed to sell his product. He also completely ignores the incredible skill and artistry involved in the perfume making process. Not all perfumes are the same. And creating them is not like making a milkshake 😅. It is not as easy as he makes it sound. But yes, the markup is very high.
