Loss of Proprioception in a Boston Terrier Dog

My 15 year old Boston Terrier, Ellie, has a neurological condition (brought on by age) that makes her not know where her legs are placed under her. It is called Loss of Proprioception. She is in no pain and it seems to be worse when she is standing still. She will also try to stand with her back legs crossed and has weakness in them.
Squirrel Vs. Toy Lizard
Переглядів 2,6 тис.12 років тому
I put my son's toy lizard under a bird feeder attached to a window hoping that the lizard would scare the squirrels off so they would stop eating the bird seed. One squirrel was kind of freaked out but, alas, my experiment didn't work.

I will always love the Monkees
Even though I can’t comment on Peter and Mike’s personal relationship, it seems they really did have respect for each other deep down. Naming a song after him, crying after his death? They might not have gotten along superficially, but I can’t explain those things otherwise.
Was Micky absent?
My favorite Monkees song!! RIP Peter,Mike and Davey,
This is one of my favorites. Micky still sounds great. But who else preferred when he played drums too?
The Monkees were liked and respected by the Beatles Jimi Hendrix Frank Zappa Little Richard and other prominent figures. That says a lot about them
Peter needs to get closer to the microphone.
Mike cried when interviewed with Mickey about Peter's passing.
One of my favorite Monkees songs.
RIP Peter Tork
:)))))) When I was a kid, I half hated this song: because I knew it was on the year when they got cancelled, and I was mad that they went off the air! Lol. Oh well, kid thinking. But now: LOVE IT! Only thing I don't like about it now is that it is too short! :) But I can say that about all of their TV songs. Love these guys!!
Headquarters is legendary as good as any album ever made.
0:03 amazing how much he came resemble Drooper of the Banana Splits in later life, even though that was probably supposed to be Mike. The intertextuality of all the great 60s fake bands is wonderful. They might not have risen to the heights of The Rutles, but they were our favourite fakes. RIP
Rest in peace. Davy Jones, Peter Tork and Mike Nesmith. I emailed Micky Dolenz in December and told him that I really enjoyed getting to see him and Mike Nesmith at the Texas Trust CU theater in October.
Loved peter
Wonderful song! He sings it beautifully 😍
Where's Micky?
This anthem is relevant then and it’s relevant now. And Peter, although he was battling his own demons for a while and conquered then, showed a lot of courage. Thank you Peter for trying to make the world shine. And hopefully we will try to make the world shine in this country. Love you Peter, forever and always. ❤️
Great to see him perform his song? Love this man
I've always loved this song!
Michael talked about that when he passed and was visibly upset he lost him.
Love this song!
Mike was the best in the group. The others were not at performance level.
Still, they were very talented for a fake band.
It was so cool when they played this during the end titles of the TV show- what great memories.
In his autobiography, Davy Jones called FOR PETE'S SAKE one of his favorite songs by anybody, not just the Monkees.
I loved Them all
thank you for this!!
“Album” means a collection. So “album” is correct. They called it that because it looked like a photo album in the days of 78 RPMs. RIP Davy, Peter and now, Mike. ♥️
RIP Mike, Peter and Davy. 🙏💜🙏
He had a nice voice. Why didn't he sing on The Monkees?
Because Mickey, Davy and Mike were the main singers. He did sing a few hits like “Shade of Gray” and “Words.” The Monkee Machine” did him dirty and he had to find his own niche.
@@Gaylel1 Well said.
My favorite songs on the Monkees' TV series were the "Mike Nesmith" songs. I hated the kosher CRAP from Don Kirshner's Brill Building. They were BULLSHIT. They SUCKED.
This was the song they played at the end of the show during closing credits for the second season
RIP Peter 🙏
Because PETE WAS the ULTIMATE HIPPIE!!! MISS HIM EVERY DAY! <3
The Monkees made my childhood much better. Listened to their music in my room doing homework wishing i could do what they did.
I'm glad to hear and see this video.
Great song acoustics terrible
its a spontaneous bootleg by a fan, just glad to even have it at all
This has always been my favorite Monkees song. I always assumed it was written by someone else. Very cool to discover that Peter Tork cowrote it. Love the guitar intro and organ fill. Micky Dolenz’ vocals seal the deal. My second favorite of theirs is Sunny Girlfriend, a Mike Nesmith composition.
Tork actually wrote the entire thing. Mike Nesmith, while not always a friend to him, once noted that Pete would share a song writing credit over even the most minor and fleeting of contributions, and the co-writer only made a minor addition to the song.
Same here. Always loved this song. I, too , didn’t know that Peter had written it. So cool.
The high five at the end is so cute omg I know nez said he and Peter didn’t get along all the time but they still loved each other like siblings
Better than some sibs I know.
Nez mentioned it several times shortly after Peter's passing. Then I bought a copy of Micky's autobiography. It's one of the first things Micky mentioned early on. He said that they each had their opinions as to what direction they should go musically and debated it all the time. That said, they were definitely like brothers. I'm mostly housebound and I've watched a lot of videos and see photos. They were often seated next to eachother and I saw hugs that were definitely genuine on video. And then there's the interview Nez and Micky did in Australia when they were touring after Peter's passing. Mike starts crying when he talks about his assistant telling him that Peter passed. And as Nez said years prior, brothers in arms
Aura3 covers this tune and Pete Tork plays the bango on it. It's exellent look it up!
We were born to love one another This is something we all need
That should be the anthem for all the countries of the world. But tell that to the blamed politicians.Love that shirt Pete.RIP Peter,Davy & Mike.
Good song R.I.P. Peter
Peter and Mike where Great muscians. Post Monkees in the 60's I have no doubts if they put a band together it would of been Awesome
Weeping...
Mike and Peter were never crazy about each other but no doubt they were brothers. Love to see them play together. I always thought if they could of resolved their differences they could of put together an AMAZING folk group in the early 70's. Mike and Pete are AMAZING Muscians that never got the respect they deserve from the industry. But the fans will always Love and respect them and that is what really matters
It's weird, because at one time Pete & Mike shared a house.I loved Peter's Bop.
Ironically, Peter and Mike were most alike-and spearheaded the rebellion that gave them creative control. Probably makes sense. And they have both acknowledged a deep brotherly connection. Appropriate that MIke named Peter’s great song.
Pete, my first crush, ❤️ may you RIP❤️
Mine too
He look ill here and very thin
I think so too. Bummer.
He was battling cancer.
"We were born to love one another - this is something we all need...we were born to love one another, and what we have to beeeee- is freeeeeee" True then, and true today. Thank you, Peter Tork.
Mike could care less about fame & money because when his mom passed away he inherited 25 million bucks
R I P Peter
Love this!
