Thank you dear Tara❤. Well in this momemt of time I am an unusual,a-tipical empath Virgo. I am learning to give priority to my self. No more Ms giver simce a year or so nope. No more mS kind heart, no more Ms ingenious. A bit of a tough cookie time which i had always been. The Virgo in me balances my beloved ❤Pisces side amd the Sag in me, balances my Virgo and Pisces side. My 11thand 12th house scorpio adds a bit of the dark side😂. Since I am flexible enough i did not suffer so much as a small child cause i had my boundaries ,my toys and was lucky to have a caring family. My sufferings started around teenage years. I blended among friend groups but I was clearly an empath. I was diagnosed with hypertension late last year. It has been a big relief to get it treated. My heart rate had always been high, a lot of cortisol sloshing around in my system from a very young age. The medication has made me feel so much more at ease and relaxed, also on beta blockers which have been good at blocking some of that cortisol. I turned to pot to cope with so much psychology. It works really well but I wonder how much is addiction and how much is medicine. I grow when I spend time off and sit with myself but it is exceedingly difficult to do. I spent 10 years off it until 2 years ago and I'm much better off with it than without. My therapist agrees. The medical system in Australia wouldn't let me have a prescription because I had a psychotic episode for a year 20 years ago. I need to see my old psychiatrist again if I want to get a prescription.

Such a great video! I learned to trust my body and listen to it only after having some parts of me removed. I still deal with the pain of loss (13 year later later) however i am very good with sitting with my feelings and not looking for a distraction. I’ve been like this for as long as I can remember. It can sometimes become a slippery slope because it can lead to some depression but I always seem to snap out of it just in the perfect timing. Glad I found d your channel. Really great info ❤❤❤
