In this video, I’ll show you how to make a delicious and aromatic dish in a wood-fired oven: a roasted vegetable mix and freshly baked sesame flatbreads. Everything is cooked over an open fire to capture rich flavors and smoky aroma!

For the flatbreads:
• Prepared dough (flour, water, yeast, salt).
• Sesame seeds.
Recipe Details:
• Wood-fired Oven temperature: 380°C (716°F).
• Roasting time for vegetables: 10 minutes.
• Baking time for flatbreads: about 7 minutes.
