@RichardPayne-p8e hi Richard and thank you! No I haven't fitted the camera yet but it's in the plan to do so. Lots of interior to remove to do it correctly so may need to be in better weather. Secondly yes! I spoke to Eric of the East this week and he confirmed that the kit will fit any gen 1 or gen 2 car so that's good. @AndersLager hi Anders, as far as I know it uses the car's amplifier. In the 'SETTINGS' app there's a section for the amplifier adjustments, fade and balance etc. Was having a play with it today, improved the bass no end. @@BentleyOnABudget-mp8jj Your review was excellent and honest. I imported top control arms for my 2011 Supersport Convertible. I had to pay import duty and Vat. It really whacks up the cost. This what happens .... you pay for the goods and then they are shipped. You then get a card from the Post Office through your letterbox telling you to go to the sorting office to pay the duty and Vat before they release the goods to you. It's bloody expensive ! There's no Vat or duty on goods below £135.00. I'm telling you this so that prospective buyers are aware they're going to have to pay import duty and Vat on top of the price paid ..... ........ and I don't want them cursing you when the import duty and Vat has to be paid

@JohnnieHamill Hi Johnnie. Welcome to the party lol. On your car I can't help but wonder if your main battery is okay. When these flatten or go low the bcm starts turning off power wasting functions like ac, memory seats, saved settings, Amps and all manner of stuff. I'd have it checked before anything else mate. Did one axle complete as the tyres were about 10 years old on her. Tread was legal but I didn't want to push my luck. Fitted price for the pair was just over £500 so not terrible 😊

What is crazy is that Bentley have no intention of restocking so what will we do? Just in case you ever have rear led failures I found a gentleman who repairs for a very reasonable price. @phil154 hi Phil, yes mate. Turned out that the pipe between the MAF sensor and the turbo intake pipe wasn't sealed properly. I actually made a good seal using a good quality rubber donut normally used between a cistern and pan on a toilet until I can work out why the gap is wrong. I suspect that the air box mounts are badly adjusted but for now she's perfect. The other air leak I found was the corrugated pipe into the intake manifold from the crank case breather system. Fairly easy fix, I bought a slightly larger diameter pond cable conduit from a DIY store and sleeved the broken bit with clear silicone between the two. Absolutely perfect bodge :) I'll replace the whole thing when I get garage space again.

@markburley2343 Hiya Mark, thanks mate. For what it's worth I was sh1t scared about getting one but I have absolutely no regrets. By far the best car I've ever owned and since I sorted the misfires out she's just an absolute joy in every way. Key thing is to have that reserve budget in hand and breakdown cover so you can always get hone again, after that it's all just an adventure. The w12 engine is bomb proof, mostly because there really isn't enough road in the UK to thrash it. If you see one and would like me to have a look I'd be glad to. VCDS diagnostic from Ross-tech would be a very wise purchase too if you are really serious. Good luck mate :)

@petermole3872 it depends on what frequencies are closely occupied locally Peter, for me 89.3 is very good but have a play :) mine improved significantly after doing the coils and plugs so there must have been a fair bit of interference from arcing prior to that

Hi Randy, no. Check engine light needs to be properly diagnosed using an obd2 scanner. If you're serious about buying a Bentley I would recommend you get yourself set up with VCDS from Ross-tech. I've done a couple of videos on using it in basic terms and you'll find more on youtube if you look. The fact that the seller either doesn't know this, or knows and is being disingenuous about it is a red flag from me! Tread carefully my friend.

@ulflei hi, the gearbox oil service was done by my mechanics but the procedure was very specific. If you buy a proper ZF kit with the gaskets, seals and magnets in it it tells you what you need to do. I'll see if anyone else has actually filmed the process and let you know. Nige

@@BentleyOnABudget-mp8jj i did get it done! But with another way😂 i sent my keys to a workshop in china to get the key cover changed. Now i'm left with an occasional engine light, a tranny with jerky upshift from 4 to 5, a door handle that doesnt lock with keyless button and doesnt soft close, MMI plug & rear TV & rear bentley phone charging port disconnected from battery, doesnt seem to turn on. I just changed the tyre pressure sensors of the four wheels, and I can tell you, it's 433Mhz😂

Ohh and also a clicky wiper motor

@MrMisterUtube as far as I know you can replace the wiper linkages quite cheaply. I'll have a dig tomorrow if I get a chance or you could check ebay out :)
