As someone who almost 100%-ed this game, with only missing a few ribbons and the Mighty Peach rehearsal, I can attest that this can be quite the challenging experience, and a frustrating one with the unskippable cutscenes. However, I still enjoyed the process, especially those ninja hide-and-seek missions, as it was fun to test my observation skills! Overall, great job with your video! Super Princess Peach was honestly a pretty good game and way more creative than any of the New Super Mario Bros games. The game takes place on Vibe Island so everybody’s emotions are crazy throughout the game not just Peaches so it’s really not as bad as you might think but even so probably wasn’t the best idea💀

Yeah Luigi’s Mansion Dark Moon is an underrated gem. 💎 Sure it’s different with its mission structure but as you said exploring the various mansions is really cool, the capturing mechanic is improved, and stuff like the final boss is definitely better than the first game.

I've seen some people say that this game was affected by the "bland era of Mario" and that it was influenced by the New Super Mario Bros. games, but personally, I just don't get where they're coming from. Sure, the ghost designs may be generic for the most part, but that doesn't mean they're completely without personality. There's a ton of scenes in the game that show them getting up to all sorts of wacky and funny shenanigans, such as the Hider pillow fight and the Greenies playing piggy in the middle with a clock hand. Not to mention, Luigi himself is very expressive and animated in the cutscenes, something you don't really see too often in the regular platformers. Plus, each mansion is uniquely designed with cool themes that aren't just standard biomes like in the NSMB games. You have haunted towers that have been reclaimed by nature, an abandoned clockwork factory out in the desert, and a mining facility at the top of a snowy mountain. Each area feels distinct and are a ton of fun to explore, with all sorts of secrets and hidden details to discover. I get not liking the mission structure, E. Gadd calling you non stop, or the fact that you get brought back at the end of every mission. All that stuff if personal preference. But the claim that this game is "bland" and "lacks personality"? Frankly, I just don't see it.

hearing everybody have trouble or hate the ice boss honestly makes me wonder how 4 year old me could beat it so easily and was my favorite out of all the bosses and after (kind of) doing 100% of the story mode of the HD remake it was not as fun then when I was a kid so yeh

Dark Moon is my favorite out of the bunch. I tried out the first Luigi's Mansion and personally disliked it. Haven't tried the third one as I don't own it yet, but I wanna try it out before I have a full on opinion.

I feel like the reason games like this can get so much hate is because of the want for another Luigi's mansion just like the original. I'd say it's a good stand alone game, but a unique sequel. (Luigi's mansion still peaked here though.)

THIS is why I'm glad the gatcha pipes are gone now in MKT. They were horrible and unfair. It is so much better now that I can just buy any item I want. I've seen situations like this where people would try to get 1 particular item they wanted in the pipes, but never got it. I had a similar situation- I wanted Waluigi (Bus Driver) and the game refused to give him to me when he appeared 3 times in 1 summer in the 50 pipes. It made me SO mad and I literally believe the game trolled me (because it knew I liked Waluigi). In the end, I ended up spending over 1,000 F2P rubies (I refused to buy any) just to unlock him. I unlocked him just 5 days BEFORE he was to be put into a challenge card and be given away for free. This was back in 2021. I know his coverage is bad, but I just wanted him because I'm a Waluigi fan. And when Waluigi (Vampire) debuted, MKT of course trolled me again about getting him unlocked. But luckily, I unlocked him about 3 months later.

it is addictive. but i have got almost everything and havent spent a penney/coin. has taken a long time but i have ot very lucky in some cases. but it isent as bad as people say as they should give it a second try.
