2020 Honda CB650R Straight Pipe *Too Loud*
Did this temporarily because the company that sent me the exhaust forgot to send me a piece to put the muffler on so ran this for a couple of days. This is no cat and no muffler. Would not recommend for long term use just too loud.

Walk Around And Quick POV Of My 2020 Civic Si
If only Honda fixed the atrocious rev hang issue in these cars.... I owned a 2020 Si Coupe for about 2 and a half years and I could not stand how it drove because of the rev hang. Upshifting was so goddamn jerky because of it. Drove me nuts. The stock tune on these cars is absolute trash. Yes, I understand tuning the car disables it. I disabled it in mine for awhile when I had it. However, you shouldn't have to pay over 1000$ for a tuner just to disable something that shouldn't be there in the first place. I would not buy one of these cars for a daily driver again because of that reason alone. I have a 2023 WRX now and the stock tune has no rev hang and the WRX drives way better and is a lot smoother than the Si. If Subaru can fix the rev hang, then so can Honda. Honda, do better. There's literally no reason rev hang should be there.
People want the Si to be fast like an STI, EVO, Type R, but they don't realize this car outlasted it's competition being a blend of racing/daily driver. Also MPG's matter.
Stupid question of course is a good daily driver, for me probably the best daily👌🔝
That’s what she said
i hope i can have that car 🎉
Fellow Des Moines 10th Gen Civic SI driver here, unfortunately, I wrecked mine a couple months ago out on Army Post Rd.. looking for another one. Great car.
What is the little number screen to the left of your steering wheel ?
I was nervous for you the whole time my guy but no risk no reward. Your car looks great man.
Demon 10th Gen Honda Civic Si Sedan Nascar Racing Badass
I see you're in the Des Moines area! I'm always driving there from Omaha for work. I just got rid of my '18 Si due to too many issues between the head studs, head gasket, aftermarket clutch not fully disengaging, fuel injectors, wire harness, etc. When I initially got my Si tuned with a Ktuner w/TSP stage 1 & a CAi, it was amazing. Then 10,000 miles went by and the clutch started slipping. Knowing what I know now, if I could go back, I would have flashed it back to stock and called it a day. I dumped MAD money at my Civic, but it was the 1st car I had ever gone 150 in. It was also the first car that I got 50 mpg in. Not too many cars can achieve that! Anyway, I tried two different motor mounts, the 27WON 90A and the 70A. I ended up removing them due to focus on my car audio sound quality / SQL build. It was just too dang buzzy for me. I literally just traded the car for a VB Subaru WRX and it is much more car than the Civic ever was. I always wanted an AWD manual transmission car.
I opted for an FK8 when I was in the market back in 17. Still got the fk8, fbo tune now. When i drove the Si, the SI was just missing too much Umphh.
Old SI better
Im 23 and drive a 2009 diesel Octavia estate and I think I'll get one of these next
hey boss, where'd you get that screen on ur AC vent? it looks crazy
It’s so weird seeing the red interior then as the door opens seeing the blue paint 😂 always catches me off guard idk why
love my 20Si & my 19TypeR ✔️
How did you paint the logos?
Where did you get they rear view mirror with the hoonigan logo in it, that’s sick!
i would definitely like to see more comparisons to a wrx, I am in that exact position rn with choosing an older wrx or that si, so some pros and cons would be nice.
Me too man I love the wrx but I might have to go with the si just due to it being less likely to have engine issues and is a couple years newer
But I love the look of the si too
late response but I just went from 2015 wrx to 19 si. the wrx handles and corners noticeably better and has noticeably more power, it's the better option for spirited driving. it's just so uncomfortable though for a daily driver, I couldn't stand it after a few months. si is just so much more fun and comfortable to drive even if it's slower, it's the much better daily/practical car IMO
I bought my 2020 Civic hatchback sport brand new in 2020 for 23k. I put 44k miles on it already. Very comfy car, and I am 6ft9in (can't have sunroof). The 1.5T hasn't given me issues either, though I am slightly worried about my coolant level being really low. I change my CVT fluid every 30k miles and thats about it. Long term I do have worries about carbon build up and premature spark plug / head gasket wear due to GDI high pressure
Do all outer cams work with the apple car play screen you put in
great video i got ONE same color 2020 SI and i like this honda si lots of fun to drive honda did a grea job on this hondas 10th gen aim a honda FAN as i like VOLVOS to i got a 1996 VOLVO 850 T5 R 5 cilinder TURBO VERY FAST !! VOLVO PERFORMANCE TOP SPEED 150 miles and i race dem on a speed way i like dem my SI and volvo great race cars quep your SI in top perform hallo from VOLVO CARS SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA .
Mem that's a lot of work jsut to put that small thing in..
Yes possible but if you take 500hp from this car as you said it will cost but closer 400 is pretty cheap
You will easily get closer 400hp from. That and pretty cheaply too. After that you'll be shocked of the torque and performance. Promise you that.
'Promo SM'
I have a 2019 civic hatchback sport cvt. Race prl intake with stage 1.5 phearable tune. Ark performance exhaust. 24psi on high boost setting. Making probably 220 on a good sunny day
What is that u installed
What kind of rear view mirror is that
Thats such a useless thing to buy and expensive. Rather get something more useful.
How did you get it to shoot 🔥?!
I have a 2018 si and didn't really drive it much. After 3 years the car only have 6K miles, then started using the car as my daily. The car is not modified and plan to keep it that way. As a commuter, the car averages 40-42 mpg. I don't drive like a maniac. Great car so far. As far as that dilution shit. Time will tell. Valves might need to be clean at a certain mileage, perhaps, which can be done at a Honda dealership.
I do Uber with my 2020 6MT 10 hours a day
How many miles you got on the car ?
My favorite daily driver right now is the mustang ecoboost. Amazing handling, and plenty of power more than most 4 cyl turbo cars out there. Comfortable and easy to manage
I like this gen a lot its peppy and sporty. The new ones they came out with now just look too boring and regular both inside and out
I still prefer the 9th Gen Civic Looks for some reason...
whats that little screen on the left of your steering wheele?
Do you still own the car and If so have you done any mods to it? I'm curious to know if a tune makes the driving experience much better than stock speed wise
KTuned mine, definitely a noticeable difference in power over stock
@@camdenseibel3381I had a 19 civic sport. 100% worth it. if you add an intake to it after, you'll start falling in love with your car. I didn't get to add the downpipe to mine, but almost. I can only imagine how much fun it would have been.
Hello man, I want to know how I do so that the gauge measures the psi of the turbo, it stays at 0.0, it doesn't do anything!
What exhaust do you have?
Choose between a 10th gen n a 9th gen, choose the 9th cause of vtech but this car is beautiful I can’t lie
One good way to fry your computer if device ever electronically fails. That would be a costly repair. Would stay away from obd2 port products unless reading codes
Those accord coupes with v6 though..rip
did you get it tuned?
No I did not
I love these Si’s. But the factory exhaust is so funny looking 😂
Yeah not sure why they didn't keep the dual exit like on the Ex and the 11th gens. That style looks so much better imo
Do u even own one? Lol
@@drizzy9572 nah I ended up with the 2.0 accord with the 6speed 🙏
Keep my HDMI PORT OUT YO FUCKIN MOUTH
the hdmi port exhaust 😂😂
I love this mods man, be careful bro. Wear a glove next time. Love from malaysia
I like that gauge, i need this for my FK8, thank you for the DIY 👌, give me some resubscribe🤩 thx
Do what I did, get perrin inserts and only install 1 side. It's perfect! No nvh and holds well.
Do you mean just bolt one screw?? Which one i had one installed and the vibration is too loud at 2000rpm
@@Shukura496 one side of the inserts, or one half. I hate nvh lol. I'm nearing 5k miles since installed so i think it's broken in and maybe i can try inserting the other one.
I really appreciate the "hehe" at "tight" for some reason
Pick up an 18 on Tuesday, can’t wait ! It’ll be the perfect car for my hour each way commute to work 🤙🏻
How has it been so far?
@@Arthur_Hastings best car ive ever had. I’ve put 36k miles on it since feb 2023 and it’s been amazing! Just put a cold air intake on and it sounds great too
@@TheYamaha36getting one this Saturday! Same situation! 1:10-1:20 hours to work each way
