    It feels frustrating as I am experiencing the same thing. I called, double-emailed, and sent the handwritten statement, yet no answer. I was supposed to receive my results on 21 Jan, but here I am on 1st of Feb with no explanation.

    I just love how gentle he is with her hair. he is taking care of her hair like its his own, you can see that he enjoyed it. the way he was massaging her head while washing her hair. he is so sweet and cute. When i go to japan i wanna do my hair with him haha
