I love this! Thanks for the inspiration to make a mule. I've built a shaving horse and think I can adjust or add to help it become a part time mule!

I'm hoping this is going to finally help me get my sloyd knife sharp. The dual bevels seems to be the thing that's catching me up.

After it dries, are you going to finish it to size? Right now it looks very clunky.

Very helpful video! I've been carving for a bit now and I've finally decided to make a spoon mule. I think it is going to make the process so much more enjoyable. I've ordered my spoon mule plans from you and they should be here soon. Excited to get started!

Great vid. Just subscribed. Could you please show how to add a micro bevel at the edge. I have been raising the spine just a bit on the strop and doing a few firm strokes, hopefully to add a micro but am not sure if this is correct. Thanks.

Good work! I dont seem to have much success with my hook knives; you must be left-handed. I was at the candy store other day, and they showed me the fact that some hook knives areL and some R! I was dumbfouded! Im gong back so I can work like you do! You seem effortless in this video.

Oh, I like the reversable head! Oh, man I want to build one!Spoon mule/ shave horse! Plus! the spacers are a genious after thought. Versatility is the way to go, cuz you never know what the demand will be.
