I just bought one and we assembled it yesterday. Was a pain, but my daughter and I did it. Adding the oil was not shown, but I did find where to put it. I just cannot get the yellow cap/knob off. What kind of tool is needed, and do I add the whole bottle it came with? Ty.

I want to add a note to the very fist step of installing the included knob which is not attached. Only one side of the hex key is used it is the short elbow side of the key. I was able to install this better by putting the screw on the hex key first then putting the knob over the bolt and attach it to the saw. This made it possible to not need to try to get it on the hex key while trying to find the thread on the saw where the bolt goes and get it threaded. I know this is common sense but I wanted to add this simple step so someone else to get it done easier on the first go.

I see this one and one with 5 adjustments. However, I don’t see the handle adjustments. Would you have to take all the bolts out and adjust it that way?

I wish I had seen this literally yesterday. I should have searched before setting mine up. The directions for setting up the blade guard leave a lot to be desired. I also realized that once I finally figured it out it would be easy as hell. It was just that first time getting it on.

What is the point of the sub fence? I took mine off immediately because I am usually cutting 2x4 and couldn't use the clamp as you showed in the video. So what's it's purpose? Course now I see it can fold over easily so I am gonna add it back. Guess it's for keeping board straight?

CUT LIST 4 - 2X4X 33" 4 - 2X4X 40" - 4 - 2X4X 14" 2 - 2X4X 17" 6 - 2X4X 48" box of 3" outdoor screws! if it is too big for your car, get HD to cut it down to size for a few bucks!
