so is this one of the few gsm cellphones that t-mobile still allows you to use? if so, im buying one. i have a t-mobile sim, but it only seems to work in modern cellphones. 2g DOES work on the smartphone, but when i put my sim in an older gsm cellphone, nothing. it wont even recognize the sim card in most older gsm cellphones.

Hello. Thank you for the great video. Everything was pretty straight forward and worked right up to the point of installing the apk. Unfortunately, the latest Google Messages apk requires SDK 25, and my Kyocera Dura XV only has SDK 24. To get around this I found a legacy version of the APK on the web, and was able to install it successfully on my flip phone. So far, so good, but this is where it falls apart. @ 1:28 you point to a "custom" menu that my flip phone simply doesn't have. Ergo, I'm not able to "add" the app or an icon. Ergo, I can't open the Google Messages app to configure it. Is there something I'm doing wrong that I don't see the "Custom" option at the bottom of my screen? Thanx for any help you can give. Subscribed and thumbed up....<;^)

In the UK 3G is still here, though the only networks providing it are O2 and Three (Three is closing down their 3G network, so older phones with 3G won’t work with them, as well as 2G phones this year.) O2 will close down their 3G next year as well as 2G gradually. Vodafone and EE have already closed down 3G, and may close 2G in 2033.

Nice video i remember that 3G Network is already shutdown i do have the footage but it was lost media because youtube short didn't let me upload so I made some script it says welcome to Verizon please hold while your call Transfer into external operator where you should be able to complete your call with your credit card calling card or via collect call announcement 10 switch 328-3 before the message is over it was silence Verizon says all circuits are busy this is when i call my Motorola E 2nd generation 4G LTE
