Love your book Christoph, it just arrived the other day. My chops were pretty beaten up from a recent rehearsal but tried it anyway and it actually fixed my chops. Question though: You don't use the entire book as a warmup do you? After an hour or so, I get to page 16, and am done and haven't even done the scales yet. Do you perhaps do section (a) of every chapter 1-7 one day then (b) of every chapter 1-7 the next day, thereby being able to attack all chapters? Much appreciated

Great performance, such a varied piece, techniques, tones, pitches a bit of everything. I wonder, am I the only one who can hear some elements of Star Trek in this music? Perhaps just the "space/stars" element from the composer. I almost imagine this being the score for a cinema or tv production, including the expansive parts of travel, through to contact with other lifeforms, conflict perhaps? It might just be my imagination, but I could really feel it. Thank you Christoph 👏
