So...we made a Gold Zippo
In collaboration with Insignia Bangkok, we are commissioned for one of the kind piece, a 9k Gold Zippo casing.
Though the video doesn't express much of the issue, we encountered many, especially on the hinge making which almost precision accuracy to make sure both pieces close and open in perfect alignment.

Google "signet ring templates" and you'll find plenty that you can print off. I find it easier to glue the template to the silver and saw out the shape. 🤘
