Remember...this is a base model home. Super-efficient, but to keep prices in check, this particular factory builds strictly to code - extra windows cost extra dollars, so those are available from other factories. The one exception for the TRU factory is that they are still an eBuilt-certified factory, which means their homes do come with all of the amazing energy-saving features and devices!

LOL - when the factory first introduced this model, they had 5 different floor plans called the "Farm 3 Flex"...and this was one of them. We all complained to them that it was too confusing, so they actually renamed them recently. This house is now called the Farm 4 Flex Elite...and we still call it The Ranch! LOL

It will vary with every location - here in Kerrville, TX, we have it on sale for $69,900, which includes standard delivery up to 100 miles from our store location, leveling, blocking, and anchoring. What area is your property located in?

Typically, yes - this is one of the factories that will make some structural customizations for us as long as they make sense and still comply with building codes.

Definitely an exterior color change to a Navy Blue with a Wood Cedar porch and matching window shutters. The little bit of white on the window trim is perfect. I would only change one thing for myself personally I don’t want a shower in the master so I would definitely change that to a nice large storage linen closet. I could add on to this home after delivery and set up with a large partially covered deck around the side for more living space outside. Nice patio furniture and maybe a Folding Glass Door from the living room to get to my deck. Lots of ideas and I won’t be broke trying to do the little things. I might can afford to do a few big things. This model is super nice! Love it.

I LOVE your vision! The factory doesn't offer a navy blue or cedar porch on this model, but those are all things that can be done after-market. They DO have an option for taking out the tub and doing the linen closet + extra storage in the master bath, though!

Hi, Kayleigh! Thanks for the question - this home is built by Clayton TRU. That specific factory does not allow any changes to their floor plans at all - that helps them keep their pricing down. Now...what you do once you receive your home is entirely up to YOU! ;)

I'm not a salesman or engineer, but I have been in this model while it's separated (if you didn't know it comes in two pieces and is attached on site), and that wall is where the halves join. If you were to buy this model and knock that out, you'd probably need to keep/replace some sort of strut/pillar in the middle because that's the biggest open space in the house, and it's in the center--you might even need to put in an arch in where you'd knock it out, leaving the farthest support in place and basically create an entryway that saves you <10 feet of walking, while still leaving something there that looks like a doorway into a room that's already connected. Considering where the fridge is supposed to go (and it makes sense to keep it there unless you're replacing all the cabinets too), it's only effectively jutting out about six feet (past the fridge) out of the ~twenty-four feet of length those two rooms share.

I LOVE when people ask questions - so, the factory just switched over to 1-piece Fiberglass tub/shower combos in the guest bathrooms about a month ago!!!

Not on the Lulabelle - it is s76' long house. For most factories, that is the longest they build.

@@99jineric The Buccaneer website says the house is 80' or 82', not 76'. Is that correct? Deer Valley build a 90' (the Orchard), but not every state can have a house that long delivered.

@@elizabethstewart552 The factories aren't all consistent - but sometimes they add the length which includes the hitch on the end of the house - that is what is being done in the case of the Lulabelle. It is a 76' long house with a 4' hitch - hence, 80' long house. Unfortunately, with the Buccaneer factory, they aren't consistently counting their lengths on the homes they are showing on their site - some include the hitch and some don't. Since we remove the hitch on all homes, we always show the true size of the home for accurate square footage. I hope that makes sense.

Well, you made me have to go back and watch it myself, but I honestly don't know what your referring to - I didn't Brenton anything about any quality changes. I will say here though that yes - or factories are continually improving quality where they can and codes change as well. Previous models would have been Energy Smart Certified, but this home is now built with an Energy Smart Zero Certification from the Department of Energy. I'm no social media phenom, but I think my skills in touring the home improved more than anything else! LOL

The color is called Golden Oasis Beige & Gold - you can find it at Lowe's! Happy Decorating!

Hi, Lisa! That will vary completely with where you are buying it from. Every location pays different pricing to get their homes. In general, it will typically run anywhere between $95k - $115k. Keep in mind that some locations also include the delivery cost and leveling/anchoring for their homes, and some don't. Always ask!

I just bought this home this year. 96k for home, 8k for foundation and block wall crawl space . Just at 105k for home , foundation , delivered and set. Land was 13k, septic 8k , 2k for site work and level the area, 3k for elect & water meter hookup. So a decent home on 2acres for basically 130k. Not bad at all for 2024

I got the same home coming in like two weeks now, total for home was @ 112k in Georgia but for delivery and other things like septic and well or skirting they sometimes do it can go up to a little over or @ 150k.

In 1998 I bought a very basic Dutch double-wide 3-bedroom 2-bath I've been interested in basic models they have a lot of value in could be made to look extremely good and I'm excited for you getting your home as well the upgrade possibilities are unlimited like maybe improve the shelving in the closets even one at a time or not at all there's a lot that can be done and I have a lot of respect for base models loaded models are great what do we need all that gingerbread when we can do things that look fantastic ourselves the possibilities are unlimited

Was thinking about it a bit today I think you're really going to enjoy it I know I definitely would be doing cartwheels over it maybe only in my mind I can't really do cartwheels but yeah I thought about how lucky you were to be getting that home that is just beautiful I'm hoping to get one of the base model two bedrooms it's only me and the cat nowadays a guest room would be nice that would be the reason for the two bedroom they even come with a dishwasher and there's a few options that might not be necessary like bigger windows the base model does come with a dishwasher but I like where they make a countertop over the kitchen counter so you can put a couple of bar stools there and have a breakfast nook

@user-fo9ri5dy7b yesssss, omg, i know ur gonna make that house really nice, there's so much stigma regarding these homes and the build quality, but i say why pay hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to get into a fancy smancy bells n whistles home when you can get into something more affordable and make it however you want it, and do all of the upgrades to your liking, I'm just thrilled to be able to finally get out of this 1992 old barely inhabitable RV that I've been living in for the past 3 years lol, i love the space in this home so I'm gonna make it really nice for me and my 2 dogs. I own my own land and I'm a homesteader so this is going to be my little slice of paradise 😊, I'm happy that you'll be getting your home and i hope you're able to make it your own little slice of paradise
