1-First check the printers setting in pc and then give self test or copy command direct from printer.. 2- This problem mostly solved by cleaning head or flush ink( deep clean) but if it persist means problem could be in ink pump or pipe (from tank to head path) Clean all cables and check for proper connection if it is ok then head will be faulty , in very rare case, problem could be in main card All these things should be done by skilled person (Note hard resetter tool is used to reset the setting and testing hardware, verify once in it)

If printer is taking commands and giving prints means scanner unit is faulty clean the scanner home sensing strip as shown in this video and check it's cable (maximum chance- so replace it if possible), and then check movement of scanner after doing all these thing. If problem remains same then replace the scanner

When you use "any" printer you must be aware of its basic troubleshooting and technical knowledge and whenever it goes beyond your skill, hire a skilled professional.

@@gebzy4616 first make sure there is no paper jam in printer and then cancel all print commands from system then restart printer and try to push 2-3 times cancle button at printer's panel (the last button trangle shaped) . #After that if problem dose not solve then again restart printer and check at at what stage Lights starts blinking (ref. to part-2 video)

Ya you are right it depends at what stage it starts blinking and if it is at initialisation time then there could be many more reasons

@@devendrarawat473 If you have technical knowledge and you can assemble the system then it's your choice you can buy from anywhere. And If not then it should be made by skilled engineer otherwise your purchased items may go useless. Because, there are such customers came withe same problem, they had been purchased parts online but their system couldn't work coz the parts didn't synced with others. So if you don't have knowledge then buy it from skilled engineer, they may take little charges for that, but you may get the best system of your budget and you may also get onsite or on shop full warranty too.

Ok the part which is not visible is here : Go to Settings->Devices ->Printers and Scanner->select your L3150 printer -> click on manage->click on printing preference->Maintenance. 1-If you find printer status Ready that means problem is related to Scanner 2- If you find printers status "Service required" then this will solved by Epson Re-setter Tool software. which will clean the print page/pad count from printer's memory. But remember check printer's internal condition that there is no ink leakage or ink soaking pad change requirement.

You need Epson service resetter tool, It will reset the service status

What has been fixed ? I went to maintenance tab and Epson status monitor 3 , there it says please wait... And all lights still blinking.
